Khalil was great - super thorough and paid attention to all of the details, even remounting our camera with a better tape set up and helping hide a cord. Safelite's communication system is also super easy and very light touch on our part. Only wish they had a shorter window to know when they were coming to the house, but it worked out just fine.
We had a side window and windshield.

Had multiple glass claims managed here in the last few years and staff has always been was super helpful, friendly, professional, and QUICK. Jobs done looked great and were done slightly before the time estimates, place also boasts a small snack and coffee area is complementary while you wait.

I received service on August 5th at your Chesapeake, VA location. During the visit, a technician attempted to repair a chip on my windshield—without my request—resulting in the windshield being broken.
When I brought this to the store manager’s attention, no corrective action was taken. I was told I had signed a waiver, which is inaccurate, and that I would be responsible for replacement costs.
Following my call to customer service, I was contacted by the District Manager and provided him with the repair paperwork. I then received an email from the Assistant Store Manager at Chesapeake, confirming that proper procedures had not been followed and that Safelite would cover the replacement cost per the district manager.
Shortly after, I received a second email stating Safelite would only cover half of the replacement. As of today, my windshield has not been repaired.
I should not be held financially responsible for damage caused by Safelite’s technician. This situation has caused unnecessary delays and frustration, and I am asking for immediate resolution:
Full coverage of the windshield replacement as previously confirmed.
Prompt scheduling of the repair.

Safelite replaced our windshield recently. The whole process was very smooth - online scheduling and immediate quote for the job, and no extra charge for them to come to us to do the replacement. Pricing was as expected. They provided updates and simple prep instructions via email and text. The tech was on time, very polite, finished within an hour and gave us guidance for allowing the glass and adhesive to cure. All good, and back on the road an hour or so after he left.

Was able to make a appointment for windshield repair the young man called ahead to let me know he was on the way very accurate explained everything called when he was done. He was very professional made no mess went over warenty and was on his way to the next customer

Got my windshield done, found my MMI control button missing prolly from throwing tools in the car, wipers are not installed right hitting A-pillar and rear view mirror trim not installed correctly. To add to your response I’ll correct it my self I rather it not get more hacked up then how it turned out
