The pharmacy is always pleasant when I call them to transfer my prescription from the More to up second and then they have someone that brings it to me. I love that.

I visit it store often alway has great customer service ,clean , well stocked and love the butcher depart and their chairmen cuts Much better then the butchers cuts in somerspoint store who has and unpleasant odor walking back to the meat department Looking at the reviews I am taken back . I think it is the way you treat people . Demanding is not the way being understanding and considerate means a lot to the person working. Keep up the good work. Lynda

This location is my store but lately it has been not on point, cashiers double scanning items ,not scanning gift cards correctly and the deli not reading instructions on orders. Pretty frustrating to get home and see the mistakes especially when u are not a day to day customer to have a easy fix. Training your employees on how to properly read and scan items would be a great start!

I usually go to Galloway shoprite but this one is on my husbands way home from work so I had him set up to pick up a curbside order. I ordered 24 hours in advance, when he got there he waited 2 hours and finally left with no grocery order. They called to reschedule us for the following morning so I packed the baby in the car and showed up at the agreed upon time. I waited 25 min again only for someone to come out and tell me it would be another 20 min. I told them to please cancel the order and refund my card. It's been a week and I can't get ahold of anyone to help me. I was charged for the order and never got the groceries.

This store is a hot mess!!! Customer Service counter is a joke. You can no longer pick up fresh seafood & continue shopping, seafood must be picked up at customer service counter. Correction picked up & paid for at customer service, and yes then wait in line to checkout. So annoying, question: why can't the cashier go pick the seafood up from customer service. I loved the woman Alissa who use to work customer service she was great haven't seen her for a while. They let the good people go & keep the rude. Two star were given because a nice young man (maybe lead cashier) went to customer service & picked up the two cans of premium crabmeat! #ThankYou

Just moved to the area and boy oh boy was so happy to find this store. The acme closer to me is dirty small and prices are outrageous. This store is clean, larger than most supermarkets I've been too and the prices are fair. Very friendly staff as well. Go see for yourself it's a very good shopping experience. Thank you Shoprite keep up the good work.

I am a senior citizen, on a fit income, every time I go they raises the prices, and a other thing, which I hate,that you must buy 2 items or 3, and large item not fair if you only buy for yourself, or you paying you don't tell the truth about your ads,like today the Ocean spray cranberry juice was 2 for 3.00 with digital coupons with I have on my phone, I don't have a car,so I take the County bus to Shop at Shop Rite, if I had a car I would take my business to Walmart sorry, you ask me just telling how I feel and being trueful

Tried to return something..I had no idea you couldn't return anything anymore. Apparently, no returning anything since Covid began!Makes sense, I guess?I bought flowers and I thought I bought a dozen. They are beautiful but I only got 11! WTFI'M SO MAD! What is that?I'm going to Galloway from now on!

The deli department has the freshest meats and prepared foods , good customer service and the store is clean .

I usually always recommend this ShopRite, even in these trying times they have een great. Until today. Some genius decided that the best way to social distance is to form ONE LINE for checkout. Plenty of cashiers. but shoppers are made to stay in one line to wait for someone to direct them to an open cashier or self checkout. The line stretched all the way to the dairy section and made it difficult for shoppers to get past anyone waiting on line. I will not be going back here until they are done with this mess. Acme is just as close.

Bought crumb coffee cake from the bakery section on Monday. Found a hair in the crumb. Not in top, but nestled in to it. I called the store and got a huff, followed by a lame apology. No offer for my money back or a replacement. Guessing no one wears hair nets when baking nor cares what they’re selling to people. Disgusting!!!!
