All the women working here were excellent. Unfortunately customer care through 611 was horrendous and 6 hours and millions of reps over the phone couldn't understand the issues we were having. The staff guided us in-store through the process of explaining to 611 was the issues were and provided the best help for the best results.

I had an amazing experience with joslyn she went above and beyond after me trying to go to apple a bunch of times. She is an amazing asset to the T-Mobile company and would refer her to anyone!

My agent Victor was great, patient, and worked hard to get us what we needed. However, the wait time is very long when you upgrade. No problem, unless you have to use the restroom. You are not allowed. What type of customer service is this? I had to leave the Absecon store and go up the white horse pike to Wawa. I purchased nothing from Wawa, I just peed. Tell me why should I spend hundreds of dollar at a Tmobile store and not be allowed to use their facilities. There are two chairs for older folks or elderly or handicapped people to sit in; with loads of people waiting for assistance. There is something to be said about bad customer service, and I am happy to be the one to share my woes. Spend your money elsewhere!

Terrible store!!! Super pushy and rude. Go to literally ANY other T-Mobile. They don't like when you say no.

Been a customer for 14yrs under my boy friends name. never had a problem here. Until this past sat. Went in about my phone battery only charging for 85% and it say 100%. We walked in the door they told use that we have to wait really nasty. And there was no one in the store. Then she tells me to just deal with it. My boyfriend ask about an upgrade. She said no u have 30 months until it's payed off. OK fine I walked out and my boyfriend looks on his account and I only owe 250$. Never again.

Don't GO HERE THESE PEOPLE OPENED 5 LINES IN MY NAME WITHOUT MY PERMISSION WHICH NOW HAS MY ACCOUNT LOCKED AND A BILL FOR $250 A MONTH BUT I HAVE NO SERVICE NO PHONES SAVE YOURSELF HOURS OF YOUR LIFE AND GO TO A CORPORATE STORE

In my own personal opinion and no opinion of anyone else but myself, I'd avoid this store at all costs. Previously working for this company and this store. The Management team are highly unprofessional, they are rude and they do not have the customers best interest at hand. The store may also look clean in the front room, but in the backroom there was multiple times that ants, cockroaches and other bugs were constantly swarming the back room.There are other stores in the surrounding area that would be more benefitable for your time, your money and your mental sake.

My sister and I were in the store the other day dealing with the store manager, who was so nasty. Refused to explain any of the questions we were asking. The store was filthy, the other reps were rude just constantly talking loudly in the background and using vulgar language. We will never be coming back to this store again.

Went to the store to get 3 lines of magenta max he put me on some business line instead of the one asked for then he basically forced me into taking home internet router even though I was keep saying no it didn’t work in my area then had to go through return process for no reason and wasted my time for nothing. ..

Be aware that adapters aren’t included with certain newer phones and you will be charged. The (commisioned) salesperson just simply put it in my bag with no explanation. And when I got home and saw the charge on my slip and called to ask about it, I was told “do not use your old charger from your iphone xr on the new iphone 13. I assumed it would damage my new phone. I called Sprint/T-mobile afterwards and they told me it’s perfectly ok to use the old charger, it’s just slower, but I didn’t have to buy the new one.I was blind-sided to say it bluntly.

You get a bill as one thing when you go in the next month they hit you with crazy charges and the give you a run to go to store they can't help you on phone . Bad service
