I want to say that being a customer using storage unit, I like that there is a limited amount of storage and that my things are safe. The customer service at this location is great I enjoy the pleasant personality of your employees. I have always recommended this location to all my friends. Thank you for having a well trained employees.

Find another place to rent a truck. My experience was not great at all. We rented a truck Saturday and return it Sunday 8:30am despite it say return it at 8am they still charge us the whole day and the mileages included they double the price. And mind you they open at 9am Sunday. I donāt mind paying the 30 mins but the whole day and double was crazy!!! And they donāt explain nothing to you about it; they just let you find out at the end so do your self a favor find somewhere else to rent a truck!!!

Rude, belligerent and horrible attitude is the best I can come up with. After patiently waiting for over 25 minutes to get a propane tank filled. Many customers were allowed to go ahead of meā¦ when I asked when Iād be waited on, I was screamed at and reprimanded. Donāt waste your time on the large female representative at the desk who is supposed to be working. Stealing money is more like it.

Turiq H. assisted me today with booking a one-way U-Haul Truck, secured 2 movers from Eternity Movers, and loaded a stack of 25 boxes into my car! He was engaging and gave thorough explanations of my options and the details I needed. It was a good experience!

Renting the truck was no problem. But when we went back to return the truck, the guy was very rude. Didnāt speak and was on his phone the whole time but kept telling us what was wrong with the truck. There was some dust I admit but the way that he was talking to us was not ok. Then had the nerve to ask the guy that I was with where he was from as if that matteredā¦ The customer service here sucksā¦I definitely will NOT be renting again.

Very easy to check in and check out. On check in the staff was very friendly and helpful as Iāve never traveled anything before.

booked the uhaul yesterday, was told i had 24 hrs and to drop the key off. 1 hr in I get a message stating I have to return it within 3 hrs! I call today to mention that it was inconvenient and they shld look into it. I get the manager who has no people skills, is rude and hangs up the phone! Instead of apologizing for it! ZERO stars for her customer service!!
