The IVR does not recognize voice inputs and can’t reach a live person without the tracking number. Best to use FEDEX and forget about UPS and their non-existent customer service.

They give you a delivery window to be at home to sign for a package (1:15PM-5:15PM). Then deliver it several hours before that delivery window even begins (11:30AM). So you can't get your package! They won't deliver it again until several days later. Then you try calling no one can help you at ALL. They lie to you repeatedly. Then try to charge you to pick it up at a UPS location WHEN it's their fault to begin with!!. Then say UPS is closed on 11/24. It's not closed! Nothing but lies!

I am putting this rating because this is the facility that my package keeps going back to when not being delivered.The driver on 10/03/2023 “attempted” to deliver my package about all they did was run up to the door without package in hand and had the “we missed you” notice sticker ready to just slap on the door. No knock and no doorbell ring, just decided for themselves that I wasn’t getting my package that day. So the package delivery was deferred to the following day.Second day came around, I followed the driver on the UPS map, and saw the driver going all around my area, but did not once enter my neighborhood. I tracked the driver all day and finally saw the driver go miles away back to this facility. I tracked it to well past 7PM with even customer service saying that my package was still out for delivery and that I would be getting my package on that day of 10/04/2023. The package never arrived.Now we are on 10/05/2023 and the package says it is going to deliver today, but I really don’t have faith. I didn’t even get the notice that it will deliver today until 5AM this morning. This is really been frustrating.Above all, I don’t even know why the driver had gone past my neighborhood more than 10 times, but never entered it to deliver my package. I couldn’t tell if the route that UPS makes is that bad or the driver just doesn’t care to follow the preset route or maybe they aren’t as capable to do so.And the other problem is that each morning, on 10/03/23 and 10/04/23, I would get the 2 hour window off when the deliver would be made. Then not so long after the package goes out for delivery, it changes to end of day delivery. Now today, on 10/05/23, UPS has given me the same 2 hour window for the third day in a row. I won’t hold my breath. But I just want answers on getting my package ASAP.I wanted to just say screw it and hold the package at another location, but between the problems I had with the past 2 delivery attempts and the fact that I was going to be charged to do that, I decide not to make that change. Maybe someone from UPS will care enough to contact me after this or help me out with my situation. If only I could put a ZERO STAR rating.

Had to return some purchased items and the customer Service representative was incredible. Easy peasy, out the door in 5 minutes.

My Experience was that,"UPS" is been Marking my merchandise as "delivered" when i haven"t receive No Package.who is doing that,and for what purpose....this is not the first time it Happen,is been happening 4 times already,and 5 with this one.THAT IS IT!!! NO MORE UPS for me..?1Z14V3880333386535

I cannot stand the automated message for UPS. I’m trying to get a hold of someone and it just won’t let me talk with someone. I ordered off an app and they have delivered to my address plenty of times. All of a sudden I have an insufficient address. I hate automated messages I just want my package

In and out convenience. Cheaper than going to a UPS store. Hours of operation are in the afternoons. You print your own label on the computer and take it to the desk and they weigh it and you pay with credit card

I was returning a package from Amazon. Told that UPS store could only take items in there original package. Otherwise you need to take it to a store. It is okay to drop returns with Code on phone or in print. Easy process and person on duty had a great customer service attitude. Recommend that you call ahead all not the same.

To whom it concern;I don't appreciate being lied on!!I arranged a pick up for a package!!It's bad enough the window is from 8am-7pm!!No, one showed up!!This is bad business and the package is already paid for!!Please don't blame covid because it's not going to work!!Can't wait until amazon corners the logistics market!!

My package was tempered with they stole the item within and try to call customer service and they give you an automatic one so you actually don’t get a person right now very disappointing with UPS
