I was pleased with their customer service until today. The ginger girl that works there has terrible people skills and is very dismissive and rude. Very dissapointing.

Never had an issue until today when the red-head girl decided to exercise her products knowledge and policies on me, for a lable that was already paid, just had to drop the package( which was packed per the directions) off since it didn't fit in my mailbox. And then she proceeded to roll her eyes at me after I wasn't impressed by what she had to say. If you are not a people person and do not want to work with the public, please get a different job.

I have been shipping for yearssss but the girl with the orange/red hair has a horrible attitude and keeps messing up my packages. Either returned to sender or they're just being held there. I have never had issues with usps until her. She should not be working there.

Daryl has the worst attitude. It’s a shame I only like dealing with Michelle, everyone else will not even greet you or smile.I don’t understand how I’m seeing other people comment “friendly service” must be their close friends or relatives because there is NO WAY?

If I could give 6 stars I would, y'all deserve a raise seriously. Always friendly, will answer your questions the best they can, will help by explaining the correct methods if you messed up. Always looking for the customer doing there job to the fullest. ANY bad review was by someone who was in a bad mood coming in & probably had an attitude from the start. If your friendly they will be friendly plain n simple lol.

This post office removed a bulletin board that had photos of our military residents that were KIA. WW2, Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm and the Afghan War. They said they had to paint the wall so next week when I came in I asked where is it and do they plan to put it back? The Post Master there said her boss told her to take it down and not to put it back up. I asked for his name and they she refused to give it to me. I asked were the board was she said Tom has it so I said where is Tom"I don't know". So I hope this board wasn't thrown in the trash because I don't think that are fallen soldiers are trash. And if they did I want her boss fired or for him to resign. Please join me in this fight.
