“As a regular customer to this store
mostly for shipping & color prints, but also the occasional fax and notary service, I’m in the store a few days a week. The employees are all professional and so helpful even when the line wraps around and outside with the endless Amazon returns. Please keep in mind the store makes next to nothing for handling these endless returns. I personally have scaled way back on my Amazon buying for many reasons I try and shop local as much as possible. So if you frequent this store for your Amazon returns please also go for all your shipping & printing needs as well. Love to make Color Prints of my Art Work. The Color is amazing!

“I came on the weekend and the place wasn't busy. The desk staff was really nice and helped me workout issue. I like this location because you can print amazon labels and pack up the returns on your own at the kiosk. It's so convenient”
“i had a horrible experience with fedex recently and customer service was not helpful at all. they kept passing me around until they finally connected me with someone at this location locally. i believe the woman who helped me was named Pam (?). she was able to contact the driver and get an extremely important package delivered to me within less than an hour. i am very grateful and appreciative her help. thank you!!”

“Conveniently located at the center of Newton. There is plenty of parking just before the post office itself. There was no line when I went in and the postal employees were extremely friendly and got me on my way extremely fast!”

“I've been using this post office location for nearly 20 years, the staff has always been helpful and accommodating. If there's only one person at the counter the wait time can be pretty long but it's to be expected. The drivers we have delivering our mail are always so friendly!”
“It has been my experience that although the postal system in itself has many flaws, even as a small customer I can say this particular office does move to resolve issues quickly. I came in yesterday with a problem, and I appreciate having my mail delivered to my box this morning with no issues. I also commend your driver for locating my actual box (not easy) and finding a way to get it in there this morning around the ice and snow. Thank you guys”
