I cannot speak highly enough about Complete Game in Allendale, NJ. My oldest oldest son has been training and playing club there since it first opened, and my younger since has been training there since he started getting serious about baseball.
It has been an incredible experience for both of them...Pat Stanley's process and methods are exactly what I was looking for in a training facility and coach. His cerebral approach to developing young athletes goes beyond just teaching the fundamentals of playing the game. He instills discipline, confidence, focus, and a true love for the game.
Pat and his team (shout out to Fernando) are deeply invested in the growth of each athlete, tailoring training to suit individual needs and pushing them to reach their full potential.
The facility itself is state-of-the-art, and trend-setting in the way it operates, providing an environment that motivates and inspires young athletes. More than that, the supportive community Pat has fostered makes every visit enjoyable and meaningful.
Watching my sons grow, not only as athletes but as individuals, has been a rewarding experience, and I attribute much of that to their time at Complete Game.
If you're looking for a facility where your child can develop skills, confidence, and a passion for the game, I highly recommend Complete Game. It's more than just a training facility – it's a place where young athletes thrive.

First rate program led by first rate people.
Complete Game has state of the art equipment, incredibly convenient and accessible facilities and coaches who go the extra mile. You get what you pay for….and then some.
Our son joined the program as he transitioned from 50/70 foot 12U to 90 foot 13U. It was one of the best decisions we made. His plate discipline grew, his swing shortened and his pop time dropped - all while developing the leadership skills and self-confidence that he now utilizes on and off the field.
And when it comes to performance….by the middle of his 13U campaign, our son had already been named All-Tournament during two Perfect Game competitions - earning an invite to Perfect Game’s All-State Games.
Pat Stanley runs a first-rate operation and has a spectacular coaching staff with Jordan Jackson, Jake Cortazzo and Fernando Santana. They are good human beings and deeply want their students to reach their potential and achieve their dreams.
We are proud to be part of the Complete Game family.

To say Complete Game is a wonderful program is an understatement. My son began working with Patrick and Fernando when he was nine years old. In that time, I have seen a tremendous amount of growth as it relates to my son’s hitting/pitching skills. Most importantly, the staff really care about the children as individuals and not just as baseball players. My son has always loved baseball. Since he began working with Patrick, Fernando, Jordan, and Jake, he has become even more passionate about the sport and I cannot thank them enough. It is without hesitation that I recommend this program to any family looking to enhance their child’s baseball skills.

My son visited a few baseball training gyms in January to prepare to the upcoming 11U town travel baseball season. Based on the visits, he chose Complete Game. He has been going there from the winter through the upcoming summer season. He really enjoys the training sessions and has done well playing this year. Patrick Stanley is very detailed with his instructions and very positive with my son. I would highly recommend using them. Great bunch of coaches.

Do not play with this team. We played them at Perfect Game Staten island (13u) and were very annoying. I was pitching that game and as I got in my wind up, they started screaming and would not shut up. I even had some words with specific players that I don't want to point out telling them to stop cheering. My dad asked the head coach to stop the kids from yelling and the coach just shrugged at my dad. If you end up playing against them, be ready to get a lot of cheering and screaming from them. Then we played a tournament at Diamond Nation and I saw them play against Full Count and did the exact same thing they did to us to Full Count. They are a classles orginization. Do not play for them.

My son started taking lessons here (pitching, hitting, fielding and agility) last year and I could not be happier with our decision to go to Complete Game. The attention to mechanics is incredible but I have been most impressed with the focus on the mental aspects of the game. I can’t recommend Patrick, Fernando and the rest of the team highly enough!

Overpriced for what you get. Travel teams poorly coached and don’t put quality teams together. Daddy or should I say family ball here. Stay away if smart.

For years, my son has been taking hitting and pitching lessons at Complete Game and has been attending various clinics there as well. The staff there are very experienced and professional and they are great with kids and teens! My son has learned so much from Complete Game !!
