“This is THE BEST pharmacy in the area. I was new to Hackensack I’ve used a few and this is the only I will use from now on. They actually care about their customers and go out their way to help you anytime they can. In today’s world where everyone does the bare minimum it’s so nice to have a place like this where they know you by name, where they don’t just do their job they do everything they can to help. Shoutout especially to Duane, Dwayne? He spent a bunch of his own time to make sure I got my meds, dealing with doctors insurance, and other less competent pharmacies. “I switched to Bardonia Pharmacy about a year ago after having a frustrating, humiliating experience with a large chain pharmacy, and I honestly wish I had made the switch sooner.
As someone who is disabled and lives with chronic pain and relies on medication to function, having a pharmacy that is dependable and actually cares about its patients means everything.
Recently, there was a manufacturer/distributor issue with one of my medications, and the dose I normally take became nearly impossible to find..Every pharmacy I called either didn't have it in stock or couldn't order it.
John went above and beyond to help. While most places simply told me they couldn't get it, he took the time to track down the exact dose I needed and was able to get it ordered for me. That kind of effort is rare these days.
This experience really highlighted the difference between a locally owned pharmacy and a big corporate chain. The level of customer service, and genuine care I've received from John and the entire staff has been outstanding.
They also offer delivery, which has been incredibly helpful for me.
I'm very grateful for everything they've done and highly recommend Bardonia Pharmacy to anyone looking for a pharmacy that truly cares about its patients.”

My parents chose this pharmacy when they came to the United States in 1990, and all of the family members and other people we recommended Main Fair Pharmacy to have been customers since. My pediatrician's office I went to from 0 to 21 was right next door, Allwood Pediatrics, so I came here often. One of the cashiers remembers seeing me come in as a baby to this day, and I remembered her too.
The pharmacy staff members have always treated us like family and their customer service is exceptional, including everyone from the owners, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, receptionists, cashiers, delivery people, and everyone else honestly.
