I cannot say enough about specialized computers solutions and Kevin and Dave! My computer crashed and it was a complicated process to get all of my old information moved onto my new laptop. It was done seamlessly and perfectly! Not only that, both Kevin and Dave are so knowledgeable, polite and very, very patient! . I highly recommend this business !

My elderly mom was having trouble with her desktop. I don’t live nearby so called SCR in Allendale. Kevin answered right away and Chris was there before lunchtime! Fixed. This is truly the worst home warranty company I ever had to deal with in over 20 years of owning property. I purchased a 3 year warranty for my sister's property and one for my property. It is almost impossible to get a person on the phone. The call goes on hold to terrible music and then disconnects most of the time before you can speak to anyone. Every claim I have had was denied. When I purchased the policies for almost 2K I was told by the salesman it was refundable at any time for the balance after subtracting the months used if I was not happy with the policy. I tried to cancel and I was told I could get a refund of $75 even though I still had more than a year left on the warranty policy. I was very upset. The only thing they would offer me was 2 free service calls. My sister tried to use one free service call 6 months later and was told no one would come out until she paid the service call fee. I called and after being hung up on, 3 hours later I finally got the fee waived. That was 4 months ago. Once again today my sister received a call saying if she does not pay the service fee the warranty will be suspended. I called and after being on hold got the option to receive a call back. I never got the call back. Very bad customer service, they have several loop holes so they don't have to fix anything and very unprofessional. They are only nice when they tell you lies to get you to purchase their sorry warranty. I would not even recommend this company to people I strongly dislike.

So disappointed. AS a senior, I believe took advantage of my lack of knowledge. Very large markup on what was in effect a USED computer. Charged for software that is FREE to download. Don't let your Mom go alone...
