I’ve been a shareholder here since 2016 and felt compelled to write in response to a couple of poor reviews! The property has improved tenfold since they were brought in. I think the office staff is awesome!!! And Billy - yes he can be blunt but I’d rather have someone be honest with me than BS like the last manager. Overall a lot of us are feel like we’re in good hands.

The property mgr at Cedar Glen West doesn't realize he works for us.He has no people skills and speaks to residents like he is above them.

I have worked with Bill Mosey and the Sage1 team for more than a decade. You will not meet a more honest and friendly crew in the business. The property managers are knowledgeable and experienced. The office team, led by Kim, is professional and helpful. This is a great organization.

Kim Mosey is incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I need something. A form, a clarification of an HOA rule, or in need of a fix at my unit. I've lived in Kings Landing over 20 years and been through numerous property management firms. Sage 1, and Ms. Mosey especially, are the best yet.

Sage 1 LLC has been an excellent managing company. As a homeowner, I really had a great experience and I couldn't recommend them more!Bill and Kim Mosey are professionals, excellent at their jobs, and very helpful in answering any questions or concerns I may have had. Their responses to any maintenance issues were fast, and fixed quickly. They have been great and have gone out of their way to take care of the community of Winding Brook.

Management company that is committed to their properties/tenants and always receptive of their needs. They make themselves to each and every project that occurs. Can't say better things about them and the company!

Sage is contracted through my association as “code enforcement” this is the 4th time someone was in my “assigned parking” i was advised by my association that we are to contact SAGE for off hour issues. SAGE never returns calls or comes in an appropriate time. I have called at 10. Pm they did not show till 7 am the following day. I’ve called at 8 pm and nothing. They refuse to advise of the hours they work. They are abusing the community and the contract they agreed too. Absolutely useless.

Sage 1 has earned my respect for their professionalism, hard work, and support of our community. They provide comprehensive and responsible on site management and accounting services. Bill Mosey never says "no" when it comes to scheduling time for needed projects. His recommendations are sound and unbiased. Bill is a very good listener and sensitive to the different needs of the community, and ALWAYS WORKING FOR THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE COMMUNITY. ....plus, he has the experience to point us in the right direction regarding financial, environmental, and engineering services. I was pleasantly surprised after working on the board to understand the stability, accountability, and strength the SAGE1 team brings to move us forward. Every resident owes SAGE1 "thanks", for making our homes a better place.
