Called that night and brought the car in at 8 am the next morning for what turned out to be a plastic piece that needed to be secured. In and out in less than 15 minutes and happily on my way -- he didn't even charge me anything despite laying down in the dirt to get up under the bumper! I had to insist on at least giving $20.
