“They have been very empathetic to us. My cat Nico has been there many many times and every time they were dedicated to helping him, being supportive, and making sure I understand the diagnosis. My other cat too has had urinary problems and alpha has helped him even in emergencies. High quality vet that genuinely wants to help. Does get busy but like I said they'll take emergencys sometimes which are unexpected. Always recommend!”

“Dr. Valdes is amazing!! She and the entire staff clearly care very genuinely for all of their patients. Dr. Valdes was extremely thorough, and took time to explain all of her recommendations in a way that's easy for a non-medical person to understand. I did not feel rushed or pressured at any point. Additionally, the office has a great vibe, is extremely clean, and everyone is super friendly and helpful! Oh, and most importantly, my dog had a great experience too!”

“We love the doctor and the service that we receive the dogs feel calm and are treated kindly. We are also well informed of what they’re doing with the dogs what care treatment is needed. I would like to be able to at times when things are tough be able to pay without feeling ashamed that I don’t have enough money at the time. It’s kind of made a big deal although I’ve been granted that ability to pay a little bit at a later time but it’s done in a way that I do feel bad. There are times where it just can’t be helped.”

“My dog split his nail horizontally from tip to paw. Took him in and the vet looked said the nail has to come completely out. I asked when they could do this and he said now. He didn’t want a chance of infection. The knocked him out removed the nail, gave me meds and off we went. Two days later I remove the bandage and it looks ugly, but healing perfectly. The service was great the price was fair and I really felt they cared. Thank you!!! Joe”

“Our dachshund Kelsa had a herniated disk at the age of 8,she needed surgery ASAP,as soon as we found out,we called Cummins veterinary hospital and scheduled an appointment,sure enough,she needed surgery and the doctors went to work right away,this is not her 1st time here,she was here 5 years ago with paralyzed back legs due to a back injury,they fixed her then and again this time,both times with a full recovery in 6-8 weeks.”

“I have been a client of Harmony Animal since 2012. This is the best veterinary Hospital I have ever been to. All of the doctors and staff are wonderful. My visits at Harmony have all been pleasurable. The doctors, receptionists, and technicians are all exceptionally friendly and accompanying. I have never had an unpleasant visit here. They have the right name - Harmony - I Love them and so does my dog, Rosie! My visit with Dr. Keefe and Amanda today was very pleasant.”

“Yesterday, my partner and I had purchased a harness for our 1 year old dog that he immediately slipped out of right in the parking lot. We went back into the store and Aaron was called to help us find a better fitting harness. Aaron was AMAZING! He took the time to fully explain and educate us on the different leash options vs harnesses and even went into detail to give us a mini lesson on how to best train our newly adopted dog how to walk on the slip leash with us. It was a fantastic experience to have a conversation with someone so knowledgable and so willing to make sure we found the right leash that would work best for our goals with our dog. The store had a great selection of harnesses, leashes, and everything we could possibly need for our dog. We are bummed we don't live closer or we would make this our regular Petco. We will definitely be shopping here when we know we will be in the area. Overall, the best experience we could have asked for when going to get things for our dog.”

“We adopted our new cat Tibbs 2 weeks ago. I had stopped in a couple of times and was just looking for a good match. Young ladies helping to take care of the cats were really great in giving me information on each cat. I was looking at and they really do an amazing job making sure every cat there has some love. Personally, I don’t know how they do it. I have to comment just on some of the other review experiences as I know the cats are all checked out, they have it right on the cage if a cat is hiv or diabetic. Our cat was fixed, had gotten all his vaccines and we received paperwork and a tag. For the amount of animals they take in, they do the best they can. If they know there is an issue with a dog or cat. They do best to tell people upfront. as far as somebody stating the dogs are not walked, that is absolutely not true. They actually have a dog walking team and have videos of it as well.”

“This is the 2nd time I've used this emergency vet for my dog. They are wonderful! My dog was treated for a cut on his leg after chasing a ground hog. The vet said it's minor. They cleaned it out, tetanus shot, antibiotics. He came home ready to recover and heal. Thank you to the staff! I'd just say, be prepared to wait. I made sure I had water for my dog and was patient.”
