“This has become my bike shop away from home — honestly, I wish it was my home shop. Why? Consistently high-quality service, quick turnaround, and knowledgeable people who actually listen. Bonus points for the shop cats. It took four bike shops spread across the east to finally solve a loose B-limit screw issue on my 10-year-old SRAM XO1 derailleur, and this was the place that fixed it for good.
