I sold my motorcycle here yesterday..September 26th 2024. They were very professional, made the process extremely easy. Mike (tall with tattoos) handled the sale/purchase. I contacted cycle exchange, shared a photo and bike info, got a basic quote. They came to my house and picked up my motorcycle quickly and easily. Later that day I went to the shop where Mike and I completed the transaction in 3 minutes. I feel that they gave me a fair price for my bike and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell a motorcycle.

My husband bought a 2010 Honda Fury through Chris. Could not have gone better! Great deal, bike is in excellent condition. Chris was quick with responses and getting the deal done in a super timely manner. Wish he had known about Cycle Exchange a long time ago! Highly recommend!

Bought a 99 softail springer great looking bike. People inside are great. Jay helped me out alot and Chris did the paper work. I had a issue with my blinkers then their mechanic John knows his stuff explained what was wrong what it needed got it done. You need a bike come here great service. Also if you need work done come here and ask for John you won't be disappointed. Great place.

Great experience the team went above and beyond my expectations. My salesman Chris even made sure they checked their used parts for a matching mirror to add on the used bike I purchased to match an existing one. Best experience ever while buying a motorcycle.

I do not recommend either this store or this service. I bought a motorcycle from them. After 3 weeks, oil started leaking from the front suspension. I called them to fix it. They said it would cost $200. I agreed. They kept my motorcycle for 3 weeks. Supposedly, everything was fixed. After a month of riding, everything in the suspension started making noise. I took it to another mechanic. It turned out that they had done nothing. Moreover, at the mechanic's shop, there was an oil stain on the floor from the front suspension. I don't know if they didn't replace the seals or just added oil. I have no idea. Either way, the motorcycle was not fixed. Once again, I do not recommend this service. Stay away from them. The store may look great and everyone may seem polite, but as you can see, not everything is as it appears at first glance.

I was in the market for a dirt bike recently and so glad I found Cycle Exchange. I shopped around and these guys couldn't be beat. I worked with Brandy and he made everything very easy. Great experience and highly recommended!??
