They have raised my fees 3 times in one year with no warning. They scam you with a low introductory price, make you move all of your stuff in and then when it's very difficult and a hardship to move out, they start charging you more. Disgusting. And my indoor climate controlled space is pitch black. I can't see anything inside. There are no lights or outlets. Go someplace else.

Went in to get a new storage container. The gentleman helping me was very polite and I was in out within minutes.
