5 Lenape Road, Andover NJ 07821
“I had such a great experience at this post office that I had to leave a review. I went in yesterday because I had lost my receipt for a package I mailed out, and I desperately needed the tracking number. What felt like an impossible situation, Postmaster John Porada was able to solve. He went above and beyond to help me, and I am so grateful for his kindness and patience. I also want to mention how friendly the entire staff is. From John to William, to the sweet woman at the front counter with the beautiful blue eyes (I don’t know her name yet) — every single person is warm, helpful, and welcoming. Usually when I visit other post offices the employees seem rushed or a little rude, but that is not the case here. I’ll never go to another post office. I’m truly happy to have found this one!”

Roxbury Mall, 275-220 NJ-10 East, Succasunna NJ 07876
“The service was one of the best I have ever seen. Yogi and Mihir might have been the most helpful and politeful people I have met in a long time. Very good service, fast, and quick. Don't be hesitant to come by to this store as if I could rate higher I certainly would. The complaints on this store are nonsense as this story is busy but still priotizes customer service.”

“A huge thank you to Steven at the Panther Valley Post Office! He recognized my sunglasses from their lost and found and held onto them for weeks, knowing they were mine. When I stopped by to mail a package, he surprised me by asking, “Aren’t these yours?” I was so happy! It’s wonderful to have a local post office with caring, thoughtful people who truly look out for their customers. Thank you, Steven!”

33 US Highway 206 Ste 101, Augusta NJ 07822
“I wanted to give a review in response to the previous review for this office, nothing can be further from the truth, Candy is the kindest, most helpful and knowledgeable person that worked at the Augusta nj post office, chances are that the customer didn't get his way so he lashed out on here. he probably had nothing prepared and it was time to close so it was suggested if he needed time to prepare that other offices were open later. it's actually comical to see a bad review about candy if you've ever met her or had the pleasure of doing business at this post office when Candy Shannon and Erik worked there, unfortunately Candy and Erik retired and Shannon transferred, best of luck to all 3 of them, they deserve nothing but the best”

“Conveniently located the in the international trade zone, this FedEx shipping location has always been extremely quick. The staff here is also exceptional. Sure, FedEx sometimes drops the ball, but I do not allow something that occurred outside of this facility to reflect upon this facility. If you ever want fast and polite service, I highly suggest using this drop off site. I just feel more secure handing items directly to FedEx than any of their drop off sites in places such as Walgreens.”

32 Durban Avenue, Hopatcong NJ 07843
“Hopatcong post office took care of delivery problem I had; staff is always super friendly & helpful. I had a package that was “undeliverable” and Hopatcong tracked it down and delivered however Dover post office was at fault from the beginning. Hopatcong took the liberty of handling the problem. In all the years I have been a resident I never ever had a problem with Hopatcong post office. It’s always Dover. Why?”

120 Grand Avenue, Hackettstown NJ 07840
“I mailed (in 2026) around 6 items through a local box on my corner and all 6 got to it's destination quickly with a stamp or prepaid. I also mailed around 20-25 items at the post office and every one got to the destination. I also received around 40 tracked deliveries and every one got to me without problem. So they're flawless in 2026 in my case, thankfully. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is, in 2025 a certified was lost, unexplained, and prior to that 2 or so were lost in 2024 based on recollection, as per my family. So I'm going to give them 4 stars and just say 2026 has been fine for me, but I'm still in wait and see mode based on some stuff in prior years, but for the most part I go there regularly and have no issues. That's my honest review. If that changes, I'll revisit.”
