Front desk was very helpful and looked at several options that met our needs when we first moved in. The facility is super clean and dry as we had a climate controlled unit. The security and entrance control system is great. I hope I don’t have to move again anytime soon, but if I did, I would use this facility again.

My rental experience has been wonderful thus far. Signed up on-line, drove to the unit later that day and was able to move right in! Zero issues. Hallways are spotless and unit was spotless.
Might even end up renting a 2nd unit in the very near future.

Moove in Storage is convenient and clean. I feel safe when entering and leaving the premises.
The price is right and the staff is professional and accommodating.

Terry was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about my storage unit. This facility is clean and easily accessible from route 206 and interstate 80. Very competitive pricing. I highly recommend this location for any of your storage needs!

Highly recommend this facility. The customer service is excellent. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. The units are very large and clean. The best part is they are definitely affordable 🙂

I had a great experience working with Terry. From the moment I walked in, Terry was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain all my options clearly and made sure I found the right unit for my needs.
What really stood out was how patient and accommodating she was—she answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained, and I could tell Terry takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly.
It’s not every day you come across someone so dedicated to customer service. I highly recommend this location, and especially Terry, for anyone looking for a hassle-free storage experience.

I needed a climate-controlled storage unit while I am transitioning between living situations, and I lucked out finding Moove In Self Storage! They have exactly what I was looking for in a safe, clean and secure environment, and the most pleasantly surprising part of this relationship (besides the great prices and facility!) has been the wonderful customer service! I have reached out to them on a few occasions, and it has always been a fantastic, kind and thoughtful experience! You can't put a price on customer service like this, thank you for being exceptional! I would also like to share that if you visit this location, Theresa is phenomenal and I have always enjoyed every interaction with her! She is wonderful, and you can see how much care and compassion she puts into everything she does!

I don'tquite understand the concept of paying $200/ month, gated access w access code to track who comes & goes... but yet if you're on the premises past 10pm (when access for the day ends) you could potentially get slapped with trespassing... Personally, I think it has all the capabilities to be 24hrs...

My experience here was effortless and easy. Price was great and customer service was on point. Never felt like anyone was upselling me, it was super easy to close out my locker when I didn’t need it anymore. I was able to rent the entire thing and move in and out without needing to see anyone in person. They followed up with me to inform me of any info they needed after booking and the overall experience was exactly what I would want from a storage facility, minimal contact, easy to setup, move in, move out, and close out my locker when I was done. Thank you!

I utilized the Andover facility with Metro Self Storage and they were absolutely fabulous. Move-in and move-out were flawless. Facility is amazingly clean and I never had an issue for the three years I stored my belongings. In fact, I took some items out at one point, and didn't set my lock correctly, and they contacted me before I was back home that I needed to come back. Every person I dealt with was friendly and professional. HIGHLY recommend!!
