I am continuously getting the wrong mail or not getting my mail as shown on informed delivery, which I understand can be the next day. I was suppose to receive 2 mailings from 2 credit cards and still waiting 4 days. Another mailing I was supposed to receive never came. Now I'm expecting 2 very important mailings and do not trust them to be delivered. We have a somewhat new mail person but by now should know the addresses without me getting mail belonging to others who are actually in another town and who is she giving our mail to !!!!

I love our little post office and I've never had a complaint, but today 1/11/2022 I was served by a pretty young woman with black hair who was extremely rude. First I was asked for a smaller bill then a $20 which is fine but when I didn't have anything smaller she rolled her eyes and got huffy. Next I gave her a package without the return label attached. I would have attached it but was unsure if they would need to reprint it to a sticky label of their own. I explained this to her. She then proceeded to show me how to attach a label like I was a 2 year old. Then begrudgingly told me she'd attach the label. Gee thanks, how about some customer service with a smile.

The last 2 times I've been to this postal service, a young woman, slim with brown hair, who works the front desk has been so rude. Not only to myself, but today she was rude to my mother as well. The first time she was rude to me was a month ago. I didn't have tape to wrap my package, which was small, and I asked her if I could use the tape she had. She rudely told me no and that I had to purchase a tape. I purchased the tape and returned to the desk and gave her my package and handed her the shipping label. She informed me that she is not allowed to tape shipping labels either (which is something I see most the postal services do when I send out a package). I had to do it myself, which again was fine. She snatched the package from my hand and tossed it onto the scanning table. My second visit, I made sure I had everything wrapped including the shipping label. When I handed my package to the same woman, I wanted a receipt. She rudely informed me that the shipping label was my receipt and that I didn't need one. I then told her "mam, I would like a receipt for my records". As she printed my receipt, I heard her say under her breath that I didn't need one. Today I left a package for my mother to take to the post office fully taped, but I forgot to tape the shipping label. When she arrived, this same woman rudely told her that she had to purchase a brand new tape and that my mother couldn't use the tape at the post office. So my mother had to leave the Post Office and send my package from the Post office in Vernon Township, NJ. They taped the shipping label for her without a problem. The times I've visited this location before run ins with this young woman, the staff has been very kind and helpful and they deserve 5 stars. This woman's attitude towards me and my mother who separately had the same problems / attitude towards us gives this location a 1 star rating.

I gave this Post Office a 3 star rating because I always have a positive experience going inside. It would get 5 stars for this reason alone, however, my carrier is terrible. Frequently giving me mail for someone 2 miles away (and not in my neighborhood), same address each time! The name of the street and number are not even close. It is so bizarre! My carrier also likes to leave my mailbox door open on rainy days. The mailbox is slightly pitched backward from snow plows causing stress on the pole that holds my box and my neighbors so when the door is left open (wide open I might add) my mail is completely soaked! For some other odd reason I don't always get my Automobile Insurance renewal package either. I just today received (via e-mail) a scan of the envelope from my Insurance company that was stamped "undeliverable". Extremely odd because I also received an updated policy from them today in the mail addressed the SAME EXACT way the "undeliverable" one was. I have now been on hold for 38 minutes for a transfer to the Andover USPS because their only listed phone numbers are "toll free" covering the generic USPS. A total pain! I will probably at this point schlep myself over to the office to inquire about my "undeliverable" Insurance packages! Btw - if you miss your renewal they put your policy in a "cancelled" status!

Claimed they delivered packages twice that I never received and then told me there's nothing they can do.
