I started WPCF a year ago and like most I quit after just a few months. I quit even after losing 20 plus pounds, I quit after feeling the best mentally, I quit although I felt stronger than ever. Most would wonder why-The easiest explanation is, it got hard. I found myself not only making poor diet decisions and not being able to carry my ever growing toddler but missing the sense if accomplishment and family. I am happy to say that I started once again this summer and although it was a tough start-muscle memory is very real! Although emotional memory is real, our coaches are top notch, the people who attend are top notch and the message is what is important. Its about showing up, its the first step to longevity. When you step foot in WPCF you encounter people from all walks of life! I am thankful for this community and this WPCF family!

Great atmosphere. The coach’s do a great job working with you if you have an injury and provide substitutions for workout if needed. The environment is welcoming and motivating. I’ve been a member for over 3 years and highly recommend.

I just want to start by saying, this gym is for everyone. I know it may sound cliche, but every workout is geared to each individual athlete. If you never worked out a day in your life, you have an injury, you're in your teens or older - not a problem!I first joined the box 2 years ago and I will not lie, it was a mental and physical challenge. I grew up a three sport athlete, but could never join an average gym because they didn't challenge me. I couldn't plan workouts or sit through a walk or run on the treadmill without thinking about everything else that was going on in my life.Warrior's Path provides a strategically weekly planned warm-up, workout, and warm-down. The coaches provide a safe environment that focuses on drilling in the fundamentals and preventing you from performing unsafe acts outside of your skill level. When I am at Warriors Path, I can safely think about the task at hand with confidence.This box is individual, group and family oriented. You can always count on a coach or fellow warrior to give you words of encouragement/boost of confidence you need. I gained a family of warriors when I joined this gym. I cannot recommend this box enough.Take a chance on yourself, what do you have to lose?! I have never done Cross Fit before and have been going to WPCF for 10 months now. Coach Kris is amazing. She is welcoming to all levels and is professional and motivating. Look forward to every class!

Throughout the last 17 years I have dedicated improving myself physically and only wish I joined Warrior's Path sooner (I'm currently six months in). Coach Kris and Coach Rob are first rate. They can scale the workouts so you are able to learn as you perform the workout of the day (this leads to improved technique which leads to increased strength and speed) and both coaches have performed the workout so they teach you directly the techniques needed to succeed. Everyone at Warrior's Path is super cool and our teammates cheers us on as we all perform the workout. All athletes have different strengths, all athletes have areas to improve upon...regardless, if you are looking to travel down a new road in life and are willing to experience mental as well as physical challenges that will help you become healthier and more than likely a better overall person, I recommend Crossfit and to join Warrior's Path. You won't be disappointed.

Before joining a few years ago I had tried other traditional gyms and never got results or stuck with it. I would get to the gym and struggle to figure out where to start, and I wouldn’t push myself to do very much. From the first class at Warrior’s Path Crossfit, I knew this would be different. The coaches are very friendly and knowledgeable and work to understand your fitness level and goals. The workouts can be personalized to your strength and ability level, and safety comes first. Some of the movements that I was intimidated by when I first joined, I can now do without a thought. Crossfit has pushed me to do much harder workouts than I ever thought I was capable of. I’m in much better shape and much stronger than when I joined, and I owe it to Warrior’s Path.In addition, I’ve met a great group of people that have turned into friends. It’s become like a family; I can’t recommend Warrior’s Path enough! Give it a try, you will be glad you did!

Edit Update:2021- Look no more, this is the gym for you! Initially, I was intimidated by the word ‘CrossFit’ but my curiosity got the best of me and I tried one class. I’ve been stronger, healthier, happier, and feeling more accomplished for over a year now. The coaches take their time with each individual to make sure they are getting the correct form and results for their needs. This is a judgement free, enthusiastic, encouraging, safe place. This gym has become part of my family. New warriors are always welcomed and accepted. We’re ready for you….What are you waiting for?2020- New member here... and I can’t say enough good things about this gym. My trepidation was put to ease the very first class. Everyone is supportive, encouraging, and non-judgemental. My last gym left big shoes to fill, but this place definitely gives me the same sense of family and direction. The coaches are great at explaining the moves and are committed to pushing your individual limits in a safe, effective way. I would recommend this gym to others who are looking for a great lifestyle change focusing on health and attaining new fitness goals.

Small, clean, knowledgeable coaches, and FUN! With a different work out each time you never get bored. I’ve been pushed in ways I never thought possible but enjoy doing it here! Highly recommend everyone to try out this CrossFit box!

WPCF is my sanctuary. It’s such a great mental and physical boost every time I go. Coach Kris is incredibly knowledgeable and everyone is very friendly and inclusive. I’m part of the stroller fit class and these moms are so supportive. We cheer each other on and celebrate our improvements.

Great small classes with highly trained & educated coaches! I have never enjoyed working out until going WPCF. I now look forward to going and having a different work out each time. Highly recommend for all abilities!

A Wonderful place for a workout! Each day is scaled so I can get maximum benefits at my level. And CrossFit isn’t just to make you stronger, it’s to help you maximize your life. After doing WOD’s (workout of the day) regularly, I have more strength, yes, but also more stamina. I can walk further, lift my granddaughter, carry groceries, get up and down easily, not just steps, but even from the floor. I can ski, hike, kayak, swim - all better than before CrossFit. My immune system is strong, I feel good, sleep well and have lots of energy. Kris ensures your workouts movements and positions are correct, reducing the possibility of injury. I love this place. Ithas changed my life!The best workouts from the best coaches. I stay motivated because every day is difficult. All workouts are challenging but doable because they are modified for my level. Love this place and after 5 years of being a member, I am stronger than I ever imagined I could be.

WPCF has changed my life in more ways than I can explain! The coaches challenge you and push you to do your best; even if you don't believe you can. The Coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! All the Warriors are ready to cheer you on. The WODs are doable and can be scaled whether you are a seasoned athlete or a newbie! So come join the fun and experience some social fitnessing!
