“Ercolano's Nursery is made up of people who are consistently friendly, helpful and focused on being certain you are happy with your purchases. Several weeks ago, I telephoned and spoke with a young woman who answered all my questions without hesitation. It was my first contact and left me with a welcoming feeling and confident about going there. Then, about two weeks ago, we went to Ercolano's. It was pouring rain. The gentleman who, without any hesitation, welcomed us and then went around the nursery to select the plants for us. He did not rush, even with the heavy rain. He seemed more concerned with selecting the correct plants with the correct color combinations. We left knowing we made the right decision to come to Ercolano's. Yesterday, we returned to purchase some additional flowers and herbs and, once again, the friendliness and helpfulness was evident. There was no hesitation in offering personalized advice and help. My compliments to everyone involved in making Ercolano's a great experience. Visit them because my words simply do not do justice to this very positive experience.”
