“They are extremely nice in the office. Kelly was very thorough explaining what the costs estimate. Ralph explained that they only use OEM filters. He did a transmission service, oil change and tire rotation. I thought that their fees were very fair. The car was ready when they said it would. That's pretty hard to find these days. I'm planning on using them for all of my automotive needs.”

“By default, after an accident in Flemington, my car got towed here. I was not getting my car repaired here ultimately, but I needed to deal with insurance and arrange for another tow. The woman in the office was extremely helpful, letting me sit at her desk and use her phone to make necessary arrangements. Then she got on the phone with insurance to finalize arrangements, and she helped me with the necessary paperwork to present to my insurance company. I am extremely appreciative of the kindness and assistance in a stressful situation, when I was not even their customer. Good customer service is rare, but Art's had mastered the "art" of helping the public.”

“These guys completely saved my road trip
To keep a long story short, a gas station filled up my gas tank with diesel fuel, and my car started sputtering the second we got on the highway.
We towed the car to this shop after it closed, and they got back to me first thing in the morning.
Not only did they get the whole thing fixed the very next day, but they helped us get the gas station responsible to pay for the damages and even offered to do an oil change.
Absolute 5 star service! If you are in the area and are having car trouble, these guys should be your first choice, without question.”
