“I’m so thankful I found this place I had a tire rapidly start losing air pressure while I was going down rt 78. I had an hour and a half to left to get home and I really didn’t want to try to put on the spare tire on the side of 78 and then hope I made it home with that, I found these guys with 4 psi left in the tire at 4:30 in the afternoon. They had the tire off. Patched. Tested 3 times and back on the car in about 20 minutes. I was so relieved and thankful to find them. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. A big thanks! He was so kind, so understanding he truly helped me in that moment with such grace and I couldn't be more thankful. The situation I was in late that evening with the confusion on orders and times. But Shawn came to the rescue and i just went to give him such a huge shout out! To the rude guy at the front who screamed at me for no reason as I explained myself to the lady standing there as I walked in trying to make long story short and he was the meanest that I legit was held back tears and didn't respond because he's my elder. “I brought my car in Saturday morning to get the brakes checked out & Keith knew our other car was waiting at another shop for the transmission to be fixed, so I was a little stressed. What could've been a lousy weekend with no car at all (he needed to get a part that would be in on Monday), turned into a call from him at 2:30 saying my car was done, the part came in! It wasn't just that the car was done and I knew I would make it to work on time Monday, it was the manner in which it was handled. I was in the waiting room and Keith came to sit with me to give me the news that I would have to wait until Monday to get the car fixed. Not a call to the front desk to give the bad news. I got a ride home from one of the guys there, and if needed someone would've come to get me Monday morning when the car was done, I did not have to arrange for a ride there. Keith and team have had my loyalty for many years and this just cemented why. Not just for the quality of the work but for the way they treat their customers.”

After the work was done, Manager Kyle and Supervisor Emily both took the time to go over the details of what had been performed on my vehicle.
