RAISED RATES numerous times that were way above inflation (13%, 12%, 24%, 28%....120% increase over 5 years) and REDUCED services (cut recycling in half) without reducing costs. Corporate money grab.. Stay away

Upon a search this location was open on a Wednesday, however it is only open to the public on Saturday's. I was on-site with a truckload and rudely turned away like I should know the nuanced schedule.

They lowered my recycle pick up days from every week to every other week, and did not reduce the cost to my bill. They also just raised my rate to what I feel is an unreasonable price. To be fair, I am looking into other companies right now and I do not know if the price increase is in line with others. The pick up times are irregular and the cost for bulk pick up seems pricey. On a good note, their pails are large and hold a lot. I have had little issue with notifications or pick ups.

Like Bjorn's review 3 months earlier than this one, I too received a "We're reducing your recycle pickup to bi-weekly" from the weekly they used to do.
Like Bjorn there's no adjustment in the bill, so WM went from being 'useful' to 'overpriced and scammy'. This is epitomized in the response to Bjorn's review :

yeah. Right. I'mma need you to pick up your bins while I swap to someone else, kthx.

They're consistent and reliable, and drivers and reps are courteous and friendly. No complaints!

Totally unreliable. Many missed pickups without any resolution monetary or otherwise. Echo other reviews that they will lie and say they picked up and then just won’t. Drivers turn around in my driveway and cut the corners and have destroyed the edges. Could not recommend less. When you try to cancel you’ll have to pay a $75 cancellation fee. Go with literally any one else.

Absolute worst waste management area. Understaffed and after scale house , you have to wait way too long to dump and the worker just goes on break and doesn’t come back and it backs up the line. They should have someone fill in for the worker going to lunch. Place is terrible.

Edit: Prices have become out of control. A couple years ago I started service at $114 / mo. It's now up to $196 / mo.Inconsistent pickup of my 2 yd dumpster, out of dozens of missed pick ups they only offered to reschedule once. Usually they just let a dumpster sit until the next week's pick up. $9 / mo. fee if you remove autopay. Was double charged one week for an additional pick up that didn't request.
