Every wash is sanitized, and the interior air is ionized to be 99% virus, bacteria, and pollen free. Free well lit parking is provided for customers doing laundry only. The laundromat is described as great and clean, with inexpensive and valuable service. Machines work well, and dryers get hotter than those at other local laundromats. The card feature makes payment easy. Staff thoroughly cleans everything spotless each night. Customers are very happy with how clothes feel, smell, and are folded from the laundry service. However, some issues have been noted. Customers must dodge people in the parking lot and lobby asking for money and food. Workers have been observed arriving 15-30 minutes late with food in hand. One employee allows children to run through with skateboards, running people over, and does not enforce rules about dogs in the laundromat. Some customers hold machines for up to an hour for their race people. The male worker is very helpful and approachable, taking clothes out of machines to keep everything running smoothly. The female worker with glasses is iffy at times and can do better working with the public.
