The Asbury Hotel is a beautiful and swanky hotel located near the beach and boardwalk in Asbury Park, with a cool laidback but still classy and upscale atmosphere. The staff are wonderful, super friendly, and nice. The hotel features a dog-friendly cafe in the lobby with a fun dog menu, and is very dog-friendly overall. Guests enjoy the great bar and drinks, live music, a heated pool, and a rooftop with ocean views perfect for a wedding ceremony. The rooms are nice, though some maintenance issues like a dirty air conditioner filter can occur. Nearby activities include the boardwalk and the Asbury Park Zombie Walk. The area is walkable and feels safe. Some drawbacks include potential noise from early construction and an elevator to the rooftop that can cause discomfort.

Funky, fun hotel with a great family vibe… games, a pool, bowling and a diner right outside. It’s an easy walk to the beach, has tons of personality, and somehow managed to make me feel young again… which may be its most impressive amenity.
