There was a process to follow due to the warranty of the car. In the end the engine was replaced and all is good now. Even had a little glitch after we got the car back and Charlie was right on it to have it looked at and corrected. My daughter and I are very thankful to Charlie and the Hyundai service team who fixed the car.”

“Our car had a large white scrape on the front bumper. We stopped at two shops for quotes to fix. The first one was for $725 and take two days. At Pioneer, Dawn first noticed and hand-fixed a slight bend in a fender panel. Then she had a tech rub several “magic“ solutions on the scraped area. The white disappeared! They also applied polish and told where to get touch up paint. In a matter of minutes our car was looking great. And they refused any payment. We know where we will go (and recommend) for any future auto body work!!! Dawn made our day with her integrity, savvy, attention to detail and saving us $725.”
