I just had my first experience with Tom’s Auto and I was very impressed and pleased with their service. A very easy process and a honest opinion on the condition of our vehicle. And the price of the service was almost 1/3 of what the dealership was quoted. I’m happy to become a customer of Tom’s from now on.

My mother has been using Toms for four years while I was living in Florida, my mom always spoke highly of Tom and his shop. I get to the drain bolt and the head is stripped and so tight that is had to have been put on with an impact…. on a BMW oil drain bolt…. The washer is crushed to the point where I don’t even know why anybody would put it back onto the bolt, but they did. If you care about your vehicle, DO NOT trust Toms auto. Shoddy work, clearly doesn’t care. Our vehicles will never go back to Toms.Service: Oil change

What has happened at Tom's Auto Repair in Atco NJ? We've used them exclusively for 8 years because they were honest and very good. That seems to have changed since most of their mechanics quit less than a year ago. Now everything is always "two weeks", no matter how big or small the repair. Then repairs got shoddy. I needed an AC condenser and they put it in, broke the horn power clip and left the AC dryer insulation laying on the exhaust. To make it worse, the AC didn't work the second time I tried it ! Upon return, I was told there were "leaks" and it'd be "two weeks" after the part came in. They never called, and when I did, I was told "you're pressing me" by the owner ! It's 93° outside ! I've never heard from them in over a week. I took it to Kasper's in Gloucester Twp. and within an hour it was fixed, without needing any parts, with proper equipment and cold as ice ! I guess that's why Tom's Auto Repair has less than a quarter of the cars in his lot anymore for repairs. Sad really.

So my son's getting his license next week. and I wanted to make sure that the car I purchased for him was in tip top shape. they were really back jammed with other vehicles and I said hey if you can get to it within a week, great. if not, no worries so they were able to sneak me in. thank you so much for giving me peace of mind for when my son begins driving.
