“I've lived here 3 years and like it a lot. The grounds and indoors are kept impeccably clean and easy on the eyes. There are lots of rules but I feel very safe here. The office staff is caring and on the ball. We have security and security cameras and safety such as smoke detectors that work. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment complex for seniors! You can make it your own personal Shangrila or nitpick and complain which happens everywhere, btw!”

“Lived there in the early 2000's....best kept secret in ac...634 a month all utilities included...9th fl oceanview...ocean was my back yard...neighbors were very nice...we all knew what a good thing we had going...sorry to read it's now an expensive dump...”
