This was my very first experience with Atax , and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience! Very smooth, very polite, clean homey environment. She made me feel very comfortable and walked me through every step and explained everything thoroughly. So, I googled where I could get my taxes done in the city and this place already had some really satisfied customers from the past . So I didn't call or make an appointment just walked in (guess it was the perfect time) and was serviced on the spot. Everything about my experience was perfect after signing in , even the hiccups ( that were my fault) . I mean endless assistance to leave a satisfied customer such as myself. Did I say I even walked out with $50 , being I was a first time customer? Well, I'll be back next year ( God willing) . By the time I got home, I received a confirmation text stating my return was approved. CAN'T WAIT...
