“This shop is incredibly honest and trustworthy. They brought me into the garage to show me exactly what was going on with my car and took the time to explain every possible cause of the issue. They test-drove the car to diagnose the problem and even had me ride along so I could experience it firsthand. They did all of this free of charge. “Had damage to my vehicle. Hecks was recommended. Went there, got fair estimate and scheduled appointment within a few days. Work was done with no hassle. Beautiful job. They have a great painter. Great old time friendly service. Unlike Caliber who won’t give you an estimate unless you have an insurance company letter. If you do have a letter, will take at least two-three weeks to schedule an estimate. Go to Heck’s!!!!”
“JPA Auto body does the best work I've seen around here for the best price. You get actual Value out of the work they perform. Which is perfection. JPA Auto Body goes above and beyond other repair or body shops that have been to. My car looks brand new. I would recommend JPA over anyone in this area to fix any damage or restoration needed on your car.

My check oil light came on while I was three hours from home, and he took the time to check my oil, inspect my vehicle, ensure I purchased the correct oil, and even helped me add it to my car. “This place is cool, and all customer service. And dependable: I remember 1 time, I placed my newly purchased air filter on the trunk of my car while chatting with a friend in the parking lot. After driving away, I checked the trunk and noticed the filter was missing. I returned to the scene and found the air filter positioned in front of the shop entrance, which was closed at the time. This place is highly recommended, good value for the money.”
“I had my 2024 Acura Integra type s rear bumper cover replaced, including the taillight and some hardware. All in all Chapman ford did a great job. They color matched pearl white metal flake paint very well, which is not easy. Panel gaps were aligned very well. It took 7 days to repair but some extra time due to back and forth with the insurance company. Everything was handled though and the car looks excellent. (July 2025)”
“On August 31 I went to this store in search of an alternator for my truck. All local places either didn't carry it or could not get it in for a week. This location was the closest reasonable distance and they had it. They closed early at 3pm instead of 4pm because they only had 2 sales the whole day. I could only get there by 3:15. A gentleman was closing up and going to his car and let me know they closed. I only struck up a convo mentioning the alternator as I was ready to head back home. He took me in and hooked me up. I didn't catch his name but if you're reading this you're the man!”
