Came here for what was supposed to be part of a nice birthday celebration. When I sat down at the bottle service table, 20 mins went by and no one came to take our order. I went up to the bar to order because I figured maybe it was too late for bottle service in the lounge area. When I asked the bartender if they made espresso martinis, he rolled his eyes at me and rudely said “yes.” I ordered 3 green tea shots and an espresso martini. He rudely handed the drinks and said “$70.” I asked if he said “$70?” Because he spoke very abruptly. He aggressively told me “Yes. $70. And broke down every price each drink.” He also made the green tea shots double shots which I did not ask for. I only asked him to repeat the price because I couldn’t hear him. It seemed like my group was a bother to him. When I gave my card to pay, he THREW the check book down at the table and rolled his eyes and walked away. Paying this much for the Borgata you would expect much better customer service at their supposedly “upscale” bars. You need to hire more customer friendly servers. I understand if they don’t want to make certain drinks but that’s part of the job, and the attitude was extremely unnecessary and obnoxious. He made my whole group extremely uncomfortable and it was upsetting that he had a problem with us when we were very polite.

I am at the Borgota right now. We got here and waited over 4 hours for our bags. We were told when speaking to someone at the bell desk we would have them soon. Finally I went to the bell desk and my bags were sitting in the back roomAlso most restaurants are closed and there are really not many people in the hotelThen when trying to go to sleep the mattress is sloping and is hard. I called the guest services and was told well all beds will be the same basically. I explained I have a back and hip problem and can't sleep on this mattress. I was told they would send someone right up to see what they can do. 45 minutes go by do I call again. Said they would send someone since there was no record of my first call. No one ever showed upAlso slots are tight. Not many people playingSo we are going to move to another hotel and enjoy the rest of our trip

Arguably the best hotel in AC. Its grandeur and decor is reminiscent of a Las Vegas casino like the Wynn. Borgata is a destination. You can catch a great show, eat at one of a dozen or more restaurants, gamble, go to a great gym or watch a game on their big screens. I love the fact that there isn't cigarette smoke anywhere, just the scent of vanilla filled corridors. The room was beyond comfortable, clean and quiet. So, why not five stars? Customer service is sub part, at best, horrible at worst. I was on a call and my cell was dying. Unfortunately, I forgot my USB charger. Calling the front desk I asked for someone to buy one and I'd gladly reimburse them, or to let me borrow one before my phone died. I explained I needed it for an hour.I was on hold for over 15 minutes, twice. Got replies the hotel could "not incur the liability", then was told to speak to the manager, which again I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and the manager never came on. The punchline is my phone died. I left the meeting and went to a gift store to buy a single USB. They customer service sucked. Plain and simple. If it was only as good as the hotel is beautiful.

I was debating between Oceans and Borgata, but after an overall debate, and some research in the reviews, Borgata was the choice. Stayed in a Fiore King Suite and had a wonderful stay. Besides the fact that the curtain rod was broken upon checking in leading to light peeking through the windows in the morning, the room was very clean, and the views were decent. We went out to grab food and upon coming back the rod was fixed and our suite was all tidied up with new sheets and towels and amenities (3-ish hours later). Parking is $5 in the garage. Suite was spacious! Very roomy and comfortable. No microwave, yes hair dryer! Like other reviews have said, the non-smoking and smoking areas in the casino are close together and even if you sit in the non smoking area, the smell of smoke is so apparent. Note that some of the restaurants and buffet are not open during the weekdays. Double check the hours.

So this hotel is off the strip. You need to uber to the boardwalk/strip because it's over the highway. The hotel itself was okay. Their pool and hot tub is family friendly so there are kids around. I waited for about 30 minutes trying to get a drink in the casino and never got one. They have you wave your card to get to the elevators but the guards are barely paying attention. It was okay. Not anything exciting.

No one behind the bar ever cares that you are there. Plenty of other bars in Borgata that service doesn't take an hour to get a beer. Last resort kind of bar.

Rooms were big, beds we're comfortable and hotel was very clean. This is a big casino. Payouts were great! I won about $10,000 in just one evening. I hope to come here again.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences, they were short staffed. Drinks were not properly made, and tables were not cleaned, allowing previous patrons glasses to sit unattended while one waitress tried to cover the entire floor by herself.

No longer a cigar lounge. Wasted $5 to park to find out that out. Security guard stated Google won't let them change the name. New Years Eve waste of time.

Spent a night in a Fiore King Room which was very decently priced on a weeknight. It's been years since I've been and I love all the new restaurant options. Our safe did lock our stuff inside with an error code so we had to call to get a locksmith but it was a very quick process. Unfortunately 3 card poker was down during the evening because they were installing new tvs so I didn't get to gamble much. Very clean and everything is also available via mobile app (check-in, room key etc) making it easier to skip check in and go straight to the room.

I came here for a comedy show at the Music Box. The venue was great. It felt very intimate for a large theater. The seats were comfortable. The line for the bar was a bit long so be sure to come early if you want refreshments during your show. The bathroom was spacious and clean.

What better way to celebrate losing all your money before dinner than with a glass of Prosecco! Cheers and Good Luck !!!

Service was a tiny bit slow initially but definitely picked up the pace! They were friendly and accommodating. Drinks were fantastic, terrific martinis! Cool atmosphere right in the middle of the casino! Wouldn't definitely go back!

Beautiful hotel, room and service was average. Food and water extremely overpriced. Loved Club Premier was there Friday and Saturday night. Really wasn’t much to do other than gambling. Had to use a taxi to see the city and the boardwalk.
