One word: Filth. There are homeless people in the lobbies, casino floor, and bathrooms. There are actually signs inside that say not to bathe in the sink. The pictures below are my view, are the “clean” pillows, sheets, and towels that I returned to my room to see over a 3 day period. None of those hairs are mine. And the towels were in such poor shape that I actually had to use a hand towel to dry. Housekeeping Never vacuumed. I didn’t hear a vacuum in the building my whole stay. This place was disgusting!! I left early. They covered my resort fee, but it seems no one really cares. This plus the rudeness of the dealers and the fact that I could always count on seeing an elderly security guard within 10 feet of where I was and not handling the vagrants ensures that I will NOT be returning, comped or not…

The worst Casino on the strip. Zero customer service if your slot machine goes offline. You can push the call button on the machine next to yours, but there's no guarantee that anyone will answer the call. You'll still have to go to the cashiers desk and see if you can get them to call the people who actually can reset the machine. The other day I waited 30 minutes, and tonight I waited 45 minutes. This whole place needs to be reinvented and remodeled. They also have some of the most ancient slow moving waitresses I've ever seen. Save yourself the frustration....go down to Hard Rock Casino, a much better experience all around...machine selection and numbers of machines, places to eat and shop, music but not so loud that it gives you anxiety, and wonderful happy and happy staff.Noteworthy details: Diny, dirty and old. Needs equipment upgrade.

Where do I start? The room I left a deposit on was not available when I checked in. I was supposed to have an oceanfront king non-smoking in the newer tower. Instead, I got a standard double bed room in the north tower with an obstructed view of a parking garage. The people at the front desk were rude. But that’s not even my issue. Our room had a conjoining door, we made sure it was locked obviously. Our neighbor was pimping girls out all night. He had men coming into his room and then sent them to a room across the hall. where naked girls were opening the door for them. At 3am the man next to us had a fight with another man and woke us up by trying to break into our room through the conjoining door to get away from the person he was fighting with. Our phone didn’t even work to call the front desk or security. We decided we were not staying in this room any longer So we packed our stuff and went to the front desk where we’re not even offered another room. We were there for a whole six hours before we checked out. I let the person at the front desk know what happened and they did nothing for us. The fact that Caesars Palace knows that there is sex trafficking going on in the north tower and does nothing is so unexceptionable in this day and age. Don’t stay here.Rooms: The phone didn’t work there’s still conjoining doors, which is so unsafe.Safety: Not safe at all!

The comped room with my diamond plus vip level was atrocious. Was supposed to stay 3 days but promptly checked out next morning. The gaming floor had so many security guards and I didn't know why until people started asking for money randomly while I was playing slots. I can say without a 2nd thought that I won't stay here again. I earned that diamond plus level and for you to give me a room like that is not good business. Thanks but no thanks

Stayed at Caesars to be close to the convention center which my daughter had an event, it was convenient. Had a friend stay there as well, they had issues with checking in so fortunately they were upgraded to a suite in the Centurion Tower. This tower is new and upgraded so if you want to stay at Caesar pick that tower!!Unfortunately for me, I booked the Forum tower not knowing. Paid $30 for early checkin which I thought I would use but ended up just checking in and never going to the room. Tried to upgrade but not available. It was AWFUL, like a dungeon basement room with no windows (well the window was a wall or the back of the hvac system, saw a water bottle so someone probably was creeping back there). And DEFINITELY not double queen beds, more like twins. Elevators were tiny and hallways reminded me of the Shining, my daughter was like this is where bad things happen mom. I figured it was just a place to rest our heads, which it ended up to be just that but not for over $300. I can’t comment on house keeping cause they said there was none on that side you have to just request things as needed.Restaurants were amazing here though! Hell’s Kitchen and the pub were good, pricey but just great for the experience. Didn’t get to go to Nobu but would try. Starbucks was convenient and quick.I may return for the restaurants but will I ever stay here again. NO THANK YOU.
