Rooms are often described as huge, comfortable, and pretty clean, featuring a kitchen, living room, balcony, and sometimes a jacuzzi. However, some cleaning issues are noted, such as dirty sheets, a sticky nightstand, old food on the carpet, and outdated decorations. The elevators are slow and the process is annoying. Noise from outside can be heard in the rooms. The resort has a lot of things to do on-site and around it. A significant complaint involves a grueling, high-pressure sales presentation on-site that many find overbearingly pushy and rude. There are also extra fees for daily parking and package delivery.
