Was charged $550 for simple returns for 2021 ($450) & 2022 ($100) Was told I would receive refund of $17,000 for 2021 & $450 for 2022. Never received print off for me to sign stating such. IRS website shows neither returns processed. Asked for refund & was refused. Went to office with police assistance & was refused tax documents filed for 2021 & all personal documents of my children & I. Tax document print out shows 2022 tax returned was filed today (4/21/23) same date officers was present however $550 was taken 3/31/23.I have witnesses whom have witnessed the disrespect, over charged, & disregard I experienced.DO NOT GO TO DEBRA J BEST for your taxes. May she rest in peace but her staff will unfortunately tarnish her name/company smh!Unprofessional, untimely, & disrespectful.
