Robin and Mathew are amazing! Even if I didn't buy anything, I'd be content to have passed by and speak with them as I browsed the selection. I've been in and out of the boardwalk since I was a child, but this is the first time I've ever stepped into the store, and I'm glad I did!On a whim, I took the miss to the shops for a bit of nostalgia and decided we'd check out the upper floors since most of the main level shops were closed. We saw the store, and I figured, "Why not? Let's browse and enjoy the cool AC for a bit longer." I never would've guessed that this store would be such a treasure! They have an incredible selection of jewelry, and the prices are very reasonable. My lady had an evil eye anklet that popped earlier that day, and I just so happened to find an evil eye bracelet to replace it with. Neither of us initially intended on buying anything, but after seeing that piece, I couldn't pass up on it!As if the jewelry wasn't reason enough to give them five stars, they were both incredibly kind and friendly. We spent a good 30+ minutes in the store, and about 20 of it was just having a great conversation. We left with my miss having a new bracelet and a great experience overall. When I'm in AC, this is where I'm getting my jewelry from.

I bought myself this birthday sapphire ring over 5 years ago. I have come in usually every birthday and have had it cleaned. I have bought several pairs of earrings and necklaces since then. My mother just gifted me a sapphire bracelet for my upcoming birthday. The owner's wife and I are both Virgos. Wonderful customer service. I would refer anyone.

Robin and Matt did a fantastic job finding my tennis bracelet - it's exactly what I wanted and Matt hand picked the diamonds. They even took out a few diamonds when sizing my bracelet and turned it into beautiful earrings! I could not be happier. Thank you!!

We had such an amazing experience with design jewlery. Robin took excellent care of us, and was easy on the pocketbook. We appriciate such fine quality of taste that Robin brings to her very well ran store. We will always buy our jewlery there. We live in Seattle Washington, and I'd rather wait to go to Robin's store than buy anything from anywhere else. Very highly recommended by me, a very finicky lady! Thank you both! Matt and Robin worked with us to create gorgeous, one-of-a-kind wedding bands. We had very specific ideas for our band designs and also wanted to incorporate family heirloom gold into the bands. Matt and Robin patiently looked over the photos that we shared with them, presented similar looks and designs to help us pinpoint what we wanted, and took detailed notes about our preferences. Matt then created bands that exceeded our expectations - a white gold band with a thin rose gold stripe for my husband, and a thin rose gold band with small diamonds (including 4 diamonds from my grandmother's ring) and engraved details for me. Matt and Robin went above and beyond anything we expected and made sure we left happy and satisfied. We can't thank them enough!

I have been doing business with Matt and Robin for almost twenty years. I can honestly tell you that I would never go anywhere else. Even when they relocated to their current location - I followed them to it. I have so many beautiful pieces from them. I get compliments all of time on my jewelry. Not only are they honest - always there, always helpful - they also are very reasonable with their prices. Matt does all the repairs himself. No sending out to someone you wouldn't know or trust with a treasured piece. They stand by their pieces and are extremely professional. I have had several custom pieces made as well. My husband, my brother and my aunt and uncle all go there too. You will not ever regret giving your business to them. I highly recommend Design Jewelry!

My husband and I have been dealing with Design Jewelry since day one. When we first met Robin & Matt we couldn't believe how nice they treated us without knowing anything about us. They didn't care if we were there to browse or to buy something, we received the same cheerful welcome. We feel like family when we walk in. Over the years we have purchased many beautiful pieces that Matt designed and created himself. Matt has repaired older jewelry of ours and we never had any problems or concerns of leaving it with him. I cannot say enough about how Robin and Matt treat their customers and how they get to know everyone's personal likes and dislikes. There is never any pressure to buy something. We feel lucky to know them and to know that whatever our jewelry needs are, we can go to Robin & Matt at Design Jewelry without hesitation. They are our go to Jewelers.

I went to the The Pier Shops at Caesar's in Atlantic City for the first time back in 2009 and I met these people at Design Jewelry and made a instant connection. I saw this nice diamond heart that I fell in love with. I've been in several Jewelry stores but just loved the way Robin and Matt treated us. (Like Family) My husband bought the heart for me and ever since 2009 I've bought many pieces from them. Every piece is prettier then the next. I've even had older pieces of jewelry repaired that were very sentimental to me, and I was never for a second nervous about something happening to my piece. I make it a point to tell others about their jewelry store and Robin and Matt. This is a great jewelry store and great people. The jewelry is very unique and beautiful. Thanks Matt and Robin for doing a wonderful job on my engagement ring. I love it!!! Gina

I went into the mall this store is in with the intent to buy something for my 10 year anniversary from Tiffany. However, I didn't find anything I liked and wandered into this store. I told Robin what I was looking for and she found something PERFECT for me! I put it on, and noticed it was missing a diamond. We were only in AC temporarily, so she offered to fix it and mail it to me. Done deal! It comes in the mail a few days later, pretty quickly, and it's still missing the same diamond....really? Slightly annoyed, I call her, and she gives me her FedEx info to mail it back, again. Ok, so a week goes by, I call to check on the ring and she gives me a speech about how they are working on it right now! Yay! Ok, so I wait a few more days, call again, and what do you know they are STILL working on it....it was a super super tiny diamond they had to replace and there's no way it would take almost 2 weeks to fix. My husband tells her if she can't get it back to me within the next 3 days to just keep it and refund his money. The ring shows up at my house within three days! YAY! So I open it. The center stone, and the reason I bought the ring....is TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I BOUGHT. A SIDE diamond was what needed to be replaced, but I got a totally different center stone. The stone I bought in the ring was GREEN, this? Was clear. Like CZ clear. So I call up, pretty upset at this point and her husband (who I hadn't dealt with yet) says: "Yeah well I was working on 5-6 rings at the time I probably made a mistake. Send it back again" WHAT?! Now keep in mind, I got NO discount on this ring at any point in time, I paid FULL PRICE and this guy is clearly messing around and being shady as HELL. I have an extremely busy life and run a business myself, two kids, the whole deal and running BACK to FedEx wasn't gonna happen. So I tell her husband I feel like he's scamming me and this is ridiculous. He then goes on a giant tangent on how I'm THE NASTIEST person he's ever met and 'this kind of thing happens all the time' and that it was like 'buying a lemon car'. Unreal. He was putting all the blame on me. My husband told him he was just going to drive back and return the ring that night because we didn't trust them to put the money back on the card. Robin claims her husband can't do returns so we have to try another day. No. No. No. I told her my husband was coming TONIGHT and it was going to be refunded TONIGHT, how can a store only do returns on certain days when they feel like it?! Husband drove down to AC, got refund and that was that. All in all, a TOTAL NIGHTMARE! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!
