Guess is my favorite store. But today I had a really bad experience. The cashier asked me stupid questions about how I left the fitting room and what I had bought. I left very upset because they harass you. I was on vacation and every time I moved to look at the clothes, they chase you as if you were going to steal. I wanted to buy more but couldn't. I would never go back. 6/14/25

Was uncomfortable right away because a male employee hit on me
completely unsoliciated. I tried to continue shopping but ended up just leaving with a bad taste in my mouth.

Visited this store today to do a exchanged for a friend 2/6/2024 , my excellent customer service began with a phone call to the store . The gentleman who answered the phone was so pleasant giving me directions from the hotel , I was at. Upon arriving in the store I was greeted by a young lady who had a smile on her face and answers to my questions for the exchange. She showed me T- shirts and displayed them so nice that I was able to video call the individual and show them the various selections available to them . Upon the person making their selections, I took to the register for the exchange and the same gentleman who answered the phone, handled the exchange. The customer service that I received from these two employees was above and beyond , that I would come back to this store to shop for myself. They both need to be recognized and appreciated by the company they work for, it's been a while for me to be inside a retail store , since I usually shop online. Their fantastic customer service reminds me of what, I can't get online! The two of them could work for anyone who interfaces with the public. Thanks for a phenomenal experience!
