“My order was messed up by the sales women. We ordered two mattresses. We were told by the sales women if we didn’t like them we had 30 days to return. I went back the same day as the one mattresses was not the one we ordered. The manager informed me that there is no 30 day policy and that sales women would say anything to make a sale. The manager said he would honor what she said, reason I gave five stars. We had to wait a few weeks for the replacement, but we have it. The beds are nice and very good quality. The delivery people were excellent. Would I buy from them again? I don’t know, I don’t like that a sales person would say anything to sell me something, so probably not.”

“Kensington is my favorite place to go and buy furniture especially on the weekends. Everyone is happy and very helpful. I can't really call their inventory "furniture" instead I consider them to be like "Masterpieces ", and I love it there ! At Kensington they carefully chose top quality items and it's such a good vibe. Top notch with customer satisfaction ! I'm in my early 30s and have furnished 85% of my home with them. Five years later and all my purchases still look and perform like Day one. The outlet upstairs is like a secret warehouse of surprises and deals. Come by anytime just to look and say hi ! Even the guys who help you load your car for pickups on pickup day are amazing and Big shout out to "AL" too. One day he helped me move something really heavy on a hot summer day and worked magic to make my things fit. Entire staff there go over and beyond and they don't think about it twice. Only one negative to say ...... they have too many good things and it's hard to leave hahaha. Yummy cookies and they know how to decorate ! You better go ! Forever a customer , they are a family brand who will treat you like family”

Candles, clothing, pillows, socks, the jewelry, home decor galore, incense, perfumes, bamboo robes to die for, bags, blankets, scarves, trinkets, soaps, lotions.. I could go on and on. Clearly one of my fave places, I know :) But that says something. It’s not just a shop, it’s a feeling.. a restoration in faith that good people do exist and that love is manifest and shared through the pieces soulfully created and carefully chosen. ..And Raquel’s husband and son are awesome, too, jsyk (as you may meet them, as well..)!
