Incredibly disappointing that the Tax Pro that H&R Block assigned me was from this office. After filing my taxes with the help of Office Manager my return was rejected due to an error that I could not see because H&R Block required me to go through the Tax Pro for additional information.After discovering that my return had been rejected, I attempted to get in touch with the office manager via virtual appointment, phone calls, and messaging, but I was not provided any assistance in getting this resolved.Since my taxes are now late due to being rejected and there being no way for me to fix them, and no one to contact to help me, I owe additional money on top of the over $200 that I paid for this service.Had the manager/tax pro at least returned my calls, answered my messages, or joined my appointments, I would have been much more understanding of this situation. Instead, I was readily ignored and I'll never trust H&R Block to handle my taxes again.

I'm a long term H&R Block client. I feel very Fortunate and Comfortable knowing I'll be getting the best service. From Ms.Leslie at the receptionist desk to Ms. N.Smith who prepared my taxes were very prompt and professionally courteous. The employee's made my experience once again outstanding.
