Terrible fiance person,I was told that I had to lease 2024 cadalac xt4 (which cost ($39,000)for payments to me be in 500 and all money from lease would go towards in to car if decide to buy.my payments are 570 month for 39 months which comes to around $22,000 put $5000 down,plus trade in for $3,000.Thats around $30,000 for a car that was $39,000.If I buy car after lease term would be $22,000 left.If I chose to buy car it would be close to $60,000,with tear 1 credit.Not fair,not good business, be ware Iam just out of $30,000 for 39 months. Where did $5,000 cash and $3,000trade in credit go to cause it sure ain't go to car.

I purchased a Cadillac XT-5 and it was a very enjoyable, no stress experience! I was greeted by a salesman named Brett who was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed me a variety of cars in my price range with no pressure sales. When I selected my car he made the process of purchasing the car a very pleasant experience. The Finance Manager Michael was very knowledgeable on getting the best financing rates in line with my requested monthly payments . He also throughly explained the extended warranty and his recommendation and again with no pressure sales. There Service Department was excellent and prepared delivery of my car with great detail and care that I have never experienced in past purchases from other dealerships. If you’re looking for the best you have found it with Ciocca.Mr. Ciocca you should be proud of your team and the customer satisfaction that they provide.

Bought a new xt4 about 6 weeks ago. Just realized there is no inspection sticker on the windshield. I called the dealership about two weeks ago and informed them about the issue, they took my phone number and said they would get back to me. Haven't heard anything yet so I'm riding around with no inspection sticker not happy about it.

I went any other day Saturday to be exact to have my oil changed. I asked for a ride about a half mile away. I was told they couldn't do that because it was a skeleton crew on a Saturday. The service department closed at 2. At 1 they called me and said I had a nail in the sidewall.. there was no nail in the sidewall it was in the tread an easy fix.. then they gave me a list of things including the air filter, coolant that had to be replaced and to clean and desludge the throttle body.. all these things they want to charge me for. These are all things that should have been done prior to me buying the car since it was a certified pre-owned.. all the sudden the same people that couldn't give me a ride had extra time to do these extra things as long as they were getting money out of me. If I would have asked for these extra things they probably would have told me no because of the so-called skeleton crew ... I don't appreciate being lied to in particular about the tire.. I refuse to pay for things that should have been done before the car was sold.. more than likely I will never return for any service even though some of it might be free

We travelled from Cape May to Atlantic City to purchase a Cadillac CT 5. We are delighted with the car, and were very pleased with the service.Both Anthony, our sales agent, and Lauren , the finance manager, took extra steps to make sure that our needs were met in a timely manner. They were courteous, helpful and expedient in all matters.The entire dealership appears to be geared to customer service. We would not hesitate to suggest Ciocca Cadillac of Atlantic City to all our friends and family.

This was our first time leasing an XT5 from Ciocca Cadillac of Atlantic City, but our 5th XT5 in total. We shopped many dealerships none of whom came close to the deal Ciocca Cadillac gave us. Lauren worked tirelessly to meet our needs and was pleasant, efficient and honest. The final quote over the phone remained until our lease was finalized. Once we arrived at the dealership, the “Ciocca Team” was friendly and helpful and worked swiftly to make our experience quick and pleasant. Went to trade in a car, after dealing with them for a week and getting approval for said vehicle. They were supposed to go get it from another dealership, pushed me back a day then come to find out the vehicle was sold out from under me. After approval and credit app we’re already submitted. Shade and dishonest. Would never ever ever recommend

We had called because on the way here we had popped a tire. We had called ahead to see if they had the tire we needed. We then went it because the receptionist ended our hold on call. When we went in, they said they don’t have our tire, but would be able to order it and have it in tomorrow around 3. They said they would call us back. We had to leave that same day since it was a two day trip. They never called us back so we did only to learn that it’s being delayed and later finding it is on a nationwide back order. I can understand that, but they had never called to inform us. Very disappointed.

Well would have been 5 stars but service guy said he wash the car didn't I hope the service they did was done.
