Very courteous staff. Although my appointment was at 1:00 the service dept. was exactly on time and took my car in right away. They finished up earlier than expected. Nadia gave my cousin and me a ride to the boardwalk and back after lunch. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the video of my car being inspected and serviced. Neither me or my cousin have ever seen this level of service.Kudos to all with a special thanks to Joshua, Timothy and Nadia. Yours, Lee

I liked that that the Atlantic City dealership was all prepared to service my car as soon as I walked in the door. There was a special agent assigned to manage how the details of my Encore was going to be fixed and that I didn't have to wait. There was a driver available to take me home and pick me up later that day. He also knew that the parts I needed were under warranty and that I didn't have to pay for the parts. All in all it was a great experience! Kudos to the service and special attention at the Atlantic City GMC Dealership.

My experience with Ciocca Atlantic City turned out to be one of the worst car buying experiences ever. My inquiry was responded to rather quickly but, from the start, there was confusion among the 3 members of staff who reached out to me (Liz, David and Gabriel) as to who is actually going to handle my business. After a couple of back and forth rounds, Gabriel took the lead and we agreed on a deal for the purchased of the car (a pre-owned Maserati GranTourismo). Almost everything was communicated via text so there was a trail to follow including my acceptance of the deal and Gabriel’s efforts (on his off day) to conclude a question related to the new tires being put on the car before wiring the money. Last communication from Gabriel indicated that the GM of the dealership would be reaching out to clarify the tire situation and conclude the deal to move forward while Gabriel was off. There was no attempt by the GM to reach me and, the next day, I got a surprise text from Gabriel that stated, while apologizing, that his GM actually sold the car to another buyer “after” we had agreed on a deal! This, to me, is extremely unprofessional and shows a serious lack of ethics, proper communication and commitment for conducting fair and honorable business. I am very disappointed about the GM (whose name was never given out) not reaching out and not honoring our agreement. Given the amount of time and efforts invested in this purchase, and the ultimate disappointment of not completing the deal, I have to unequivocally state that this dealership is run very unprofessionally and poorly. As such, I recommend avoiding to do business with them and seek out alternative dealerships. I feel truly betrayed and handled very very poorly. So much for their promise of 100% satisfaction!

Brought my truck in for service for a bad vibration. Your mechanic started I need new front brakes because mine were warped. $539 replacement for the fronts only. Highest robbery to start. Took the truck to my brake guy who warranty’s his work. Brakes aren’t warped. He pyshically took them off the truck to inspect. This wasn’t done at your dealership. That is the only true way to know. I would have wasted $500+ dollars for brakes I didn’t need. This is on top of $700 for a transmission flush and oil change. Your pricing is astronomical! My next stop is to have the front end alignment checked. If that comes back fine and the truck isn’t out of alignment then I’ll know for certain your service department are a bunch of liars and thieves. The total estimate was almost $2000 to “fix” the issue I came in for. Best part is the things that would have been replaced aren’t issues.

The sales experience was Top notch. Very friendly all around. Service however is work in progress. But I will be going back.Just an FYI.. The car was not fixed properly. picked the car up and the engine light was still on. After they contacted the wrong service contract provider and told me the repair was not covered. We split the bill and when i got home I called the contract provider and was told it was covered. I called the service department and spoke to them and was told that they would re summit the claim to the correct provider. And i would receive my money back. They have not done that. Why ? at this point my faith in your service is not strong. I am going to bring the car to another dealer to hopefully be repaired correctly . I purchased the car on Aug. 15th 2023 and have not been able to drive it or get it inspected. I am not angry or upset I just want the car fixed correctly.

After speaking to Nick to setup my appointment and the follow up email, was the start of a great experience! My sister and I were great by Joe as we walked from the parking lot to the dealership. We spoke about several vehicles and he was very helpful. We were greeted by Andrew and then meet Carlo. It was a pleasant experience. Joe went above and beyond and was very personable with both myself and my sister Joy. After this experience when Joy is ready for a new car she will be back to see Joe and the team!

Everyone there was helpful, accomodating and Friendly. Josh the Service Manager made sure I understood what was wrong with my car, stayed in contact with me as it was worked on and made sure I was satisfied with all that was being done. I will stay with Ciocca for the entire life of my car as I don't think I will ever get the Professionalism with any other dealer. Thank you Josh and the Ciocca Team. Service was great! My Acadia died on the parkway on a Saturday night, I had it towed to Ciocca & scheduled a service appointment all in one day. They called and let me know they had my car and they would let me know what happened. In less than 3 hours time I had a diagnosis and a price. 24 hours later, my truck was back running again. They kept great communication and were very understanding when I told them I had to wait a few days to drive the 62 miles back to the dealership to get my car back. My car is running perfectly again! Thank you guys all so much! Service was great & efficient.

Josh in service was fantastic. Constant communication throughout. My only issue was I made the appointment with the assistant that was texting me and they never put me in the schedule. Josh was able to accommodate. Only other issue (which was very minor) is they didn’t reset the oil life screen on my truck. I was able to do it though. Overall great experience.

Dave S. and Samuel K. were excellent throughout the whole ordering process. From first initial deposit, to 2nd deposit and build order, to tracking of status codes and VIN Numbers, from final papers needing to be signed and prep for delivery! it was a great experience overall. One small comment i would suggest is to move over to DOCUSIGN for online signing. Much cheaper to implement then needing to send papers overnight FEDEX for customers who can't reach the dealership! Just a suggestion! 10/10 experience.

My experience purchasing a Corvette from Ciocca was absolutely fantastic! The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about cars. They had an impressive selection of Corvettes, and the negotiation process was fair and transparent. The finance department was helpful in securing a great loan. Even after the purchase, their customer service continued to impress. The facilities were clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this dealership for an outstanding car buying experience!

Chris Middleton was my sales specialist. From our first phone conversation to when we picked up our GMC TERRAIN he was outstanding. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner. He went over and beyond to make sure my experience was amazing. We drove 2 hrs to come to Ciocca of AC and we couldn't be anymore happy.
