My experience with Ciocca Atlantic City turned out to be one of the worst car buying experiences ever. My inquiry was responded to rather quickly but, from the start, there was confusion among the 3 members of staff who reached out to me (Liz, David and Gabriel) as to who is actually going to handle my business. After a couple of back and forth rounds, Gabriel took the lead and we agreed on a deal for the purchased of the car (a pre-owned Maserati GranTourismo). Almost everything was communicated via text so there was a trail to follow including my acceptance of the deal and Gabriel's efforts (on his off day) to conclude a question related to the new tires being put on the car before wiring the money. Last communication from Gabriel indicated that the GM of the dealership would be reaching out to clarify the tire situation and conclude the deal to move forward while Gabriel was off. There was no attempt by the GM to reach me and, the next day, I got a surprise text from Gabriel that stated, while apologizing, that his GM actually sold the car to another buyer "after" we had agreed on a deal! This, to me, is extremely unprofessional and shows a serious lack of ethics, proper communication and commitment for conducting fair and honorable business. I am very disappointed about the GM (whose name was never given out) not reaching out and not honoring our agreement. Given the amount of time and efforts invested in this purchase, and the ultimate disappointment of not completing the deal, I have to unequivocally state that this dealership is run very unprofessionally and poorly. As such, I recommend avoiding to do business with them and seek out alternative dealerships. I feel truly betrayed and handled very very poorly. So much for their promise of 100% satisfaction!

If I could give zero starts, I would! I'm still under warranty, until October 2023. My power train warranty is good until 2026. My car is literally, cosmetically, falling apart and of course, that's not covered. It's like someone glued my car together and it's not sticking anymore. My rear right parking light, is disconnected from my bumper. A piece of roof top trim blew off somewhere while driving. The rubber trim in my sunroof flew off. Thank goodness it went inside or my car would be leaking. My trim around the front, left tire, is coming completely off. Service engine light just came on with fuel problem, my remote start stopped working and that's to name a few and again, this car is not even two years old, in my name. I paid about 20k cash for it. Only thing warranty covers is, mechanical issues that doesn't include any check engine light issues. This car was has never been is an accident and had 1 previous elderly owner. I've been had folks and ripped off!! I'm permanently disabled and this was suppose to be my last car, ever having to buy. I've been advised to file with consumer affairs and to look into preowned lemon laws. I'm giving the sales associate 5 stars. It's not his fault, his higher ups let something like this go and say oh well to bad for the buyer. I honestly don't know how I would have known all of this. It's just crappy the dealership isn't helping me out being, I'm still under warranty with other things. If this isn't something that always happens, then they would try to make good. Really stinks a car I paid 19plusK for, is falling apart within 2 years of owing it. Check every single inch by inch and make sure nothing is loose or wobbly. I believe I was had on the price as well. They made it look like the price in the lot was just lowered and the internet price was lower than the lot price. I got the car for the internet price and ZERO wiggle room. I paid exactly what the listing in the internet was for, thinking I was getting a deal from the lot price. Yeah, they got me good!! Now I have a piece of crap car sitting in my driveway. I'll definitely be going back to Bennett Chevy, where all my cars & trucks previously came from. I tried someplace new and should have stick with the old place. Good luck to anyone who tries this place. Nothing but bad luck for me. Seem the norm for Ciocca to now reply with an apology and write,"Call the manager at Blah Blah Blah."No, you call me, Maria at, 609-418-1558. Look at all their responses to reviews and not helping, not one of the complaints in these reviews. They don't care!! Now to take this to my social media accounts and off to do other reviews. HBuyers need to beware!!

I had a great experience working with Dane and Dave! I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Dane was very patient with me and answered all my questions. If you are looking for a new Corvette or Cadillac go see Dane!

Worst car buying experience of my life..i would never encourage anyone to buy a car from these people..seems like they only cater to big car sales when everyone should matter...I brought a car here its only lasted me 1 month before the engine blew. Hard for me to get help or even reach someone to talk to. My car has been in this shop for 2 months now with what seems like no rush to get me back in my vehicle while I'm still making payments on. Luckily there is a few good front desk people over in service who has been keeping my conscience clear. Overall absolutely would never deal wit this particular dealership again

Absolutely professional!!!! The entire process was quick and precise. They also assisted with me getting my car shipped to Atlanta. Followed up to ensure my satisfaction. Carlo, Lena, Aura and the entire financial team were exceptional. Best selection of Corvettes available. Well worth the effort when looking for a Corvette.

I was referred to Ciocca by one of my friends who bought a truck here. I was a little skeptical about buying a car in AC but Gabriel who was my sales person helped me in every step of the way; He was awesome!

Contacted Dave late in 2021 to put a deposit on a C9. Very nice on the phone and the paperwork was clear about the terms of the deposit. When I purchased a different car in June of this year i contact Dave again to get my deposit back as per the terms of the agreement. No response. Since then I’ve called 5 different times and spoken to 4 different salespeople who all have promised to return my deposit. It’s mid SEP and I still have not received it. Seems that litigation is imminent. Beware.

Never thought I would purchase a vehicle located in Atlantic City, but this dealership is not your typical dealership. No junk cars, exclusive vehicles. They gave me a great deal, treated me very nice, and made sure my vehicle was cleaned, detailed, and gassed up. Then they transported it to my home in a different State, for free. It gets better, they're going to inspect my car at a local dealership for free. I gave my saleswoman a hard way to go, and she withstood me. There's a bunch of Free things they give you with the deal.I would give five stars, but I never give five stars... Keeps them on their toes!!! Great Job Team!!!!

I put a deposit on a corvette in August of 2021 which got me a place in line to order a new corvette. My check was cashed promptly. At the time I inquired from Dave the sales manager about what place in line I was. I never heard back. I inquired again to Dave in October still no response. I did get an advertisement email in February about the new Z06 model and I replied to that still looking for information about my place in line. When I made my deposit I also made another with the number 2 corvette selling dealership in the country and my experience couldn't have been different that what I received from Ciocca. They updated me weekly about where I stood in their line. They have a website that is updated weekly to keep you informed of your progress. After I obtained my car from the number 2 dealership in July of 2022 I contacted Dave about returning my deposit he finally contacted me back but it took over 3 weeks to return my deposit. I inquired about it again with Dave at the 3 week mark and you guessed it still no reply. You can do much better than this dealership I for one will not deal with them again. I noticed replys to other reviews that want you talk to them so they can make it right. They should just read their reviews and make it right.

I had my eye on this particular dealership for years as a possible place to purchase my future car. It was still known as Kerbeck Corvette back then. When the car I was looking for appeared and I was ready, I quickly made plans to purchase from them. They were responsive to my initial inquiry through CarGurus and I was able to pretty much handle almost everything via email and a few phone calls with Chris and Nick. They sent the final paperwork via FedEx super quickly. The plan was for me to fly in from Atlanta and drive back home in the car.Although there were some unforeseen circumstances upon my arrival, Kaimanda and Andrew were very attentive and made sure I was taken care of. The rest of the team made sure I had a great experience as well.

One of the worst experiences ever.I was ready to place a deposit to hold a spot for the 2023 C8 Stingray and was told they ONLY accept a check. Upon receiving an email with the paper work, I noticed they are able to accept an electronic transfer. I called back the next day and was once again told ONLY a check is accepted for deposit. After mentioning It is printed on their own paper work, electronic transfers are accepted, I then asked about using a Credit Card to secure the spot. The salesman was so upset I caught him in a lie, he tried to blame me for not wanting sending a check. So interesting as a wire transfer and Credit Card are instantaneous while the check being sent through mail takes longer to receive and deposit. If this is how Ciocca does business, I'll take my money to another dealership. It seems they just don't care and that's to bad. I know one corvette sale means nothing to them, but I refuse to make an $85,000 purchase to a dealership that is not honest and a bold-face-lier.

IOver the years I have bought many Corvettes from Kerbeck, including the latest 2020. When the policy came down for the ZO6 in November, I put down $2000. Then there was another phase to put in another $3000 and I wired that within 10 minutes of the proposed acceptance time. Statements were made that I would not receive a car for 2 years after requesting a reservation for months. i sent an email in April to refund my $5000.. To date , they claim the check must be lost and they will be reissuing another check. WE'LL SEE!!All this through email. There has not been no communication with anyone personally. Very bad business. Would not do business with them again and would highly recommend to anyone ----STAY AWAY.
