Lacoste offers phenomenal and amazing customer service with super friendly and helpful staff. The selection is limited, however, and a lot of sizes were not in stock, with the size range tilted towards larger sizes. Some items can be shipped for free. Prices are generally lower than retail but higher than other brands. Some wish the women's clothing was simpler with fewer big logos.
Exceptional customer service! Store manager Al went above and beyond! Al was able to have 2 pair of shoes shipped to my house from another store since my size was not in stock. We purchased some other items as well. Thank you Al for your exceptional customer service!
