First and foremost, I called Ron the owner and I told him what we needed as we would not be back until after Christmas. He had the exact mattress my wife and I were looking for in our new beach house. Ron offered to meet us even though he had already closed the store for the day. He drove back and reopened the store so we could purchase the mattress. Absolutely exceptional service! We will be back for all of our future purchases ! Thankyou Ron!

Kathy & I were having extreme back pain.(We needed a new bed but put it off for too long) After seeing our chiropractor Dr. David Sarnoff, he gave us Ron's# from Mel's. He was awesome!! Great service! I really enjoyed going in person to test out the different mattresses and see the luxury furniture. They also gave me tips to help me decide and I got a pillow and cooling mattress protector which has made a huge difference in my sleep.

We picked up a mattress and box spring this weekend and found the staff friendly and knowledgeable about how each mattress style supports your body. The new price was very affordable and now we're sleeping comfortably.

Ronnie and Mel’s were great! Excellent customer service and the delivery guys were exceptional! There was a small issue with one of my mattresses but Ronnie made it right as fast as he could! Great place!..will buy my beds from them again!
