I do not recommend it!(Original)Yo envié unos paquetes de new york a cancun en noviembre y les dije que una de las cajas iban cosas delicadas y me dijeron que si que ellos se encargarian de que fueran cuidadosos y pagué los respectivos seguros de cada caja, cuando llegaron las cosas a cancun y abri las cajas unas botas para el agua estaban rotas por el manejo rudo de la caja que traia golpes y se supone que era “la caja delicada”, bueno dije “no pasa nada solo son unas botas” despues un armrest para tatuajes roto y dije: “nooo ya no quiero seguir viendo” y despues unas estatuillas de marmol rotas e irreparables, me comuniqué a la empresa para que me respondieran por el armrest que era el mas caro y me dijo la señora que contesta: “hablaré con el dueño para ver que se puede hacer y reembolsarle lo que pague de la reparacion” y yo dije :”queee reparación? Pero si es nuevo!” Luego me comuniqué para decirles que me lo reparaban por 60 usd y a los dias me dijo que solo podian responder por 30 dólares!!! Enviar por esta paqueteria fue la peor decision pero la culpa es mia por querer probar una paqueteria diferente. No la recomiendo!!
