This is my go to casino in Atlantic City for the past 4+ years however the last time my girlfriend and I stayed, we were originally given the wrong room two queens instead of a king. When they corrected our room, we got a handicap room, which still had garbage in the garbage cans and stain on the sheets, making me think that this room was not even cleaned properly when we called to complain, we were told someone would be sent to give us new garbage cans. We were offered a date that was supposed to be a comp’d room now they want to charge for. I complain to the front desk and never heard back about anything. Waited on hold for management and just got hung up on Waiting to speak to a manager and was told to call a number which the hours are currently closed. Very disappointed with the customer service as I give a lot of business and frequent this casino/hotel 15+ times a year. At the end of the day it seems like I am just a number and they don’t value their actual loyal customers.

Been coming down 25 years since my father was around…..Stayed here 2 nites with intent to stay until Sayirday. We got a phone call in the middle of the night Saturday the day of check out at 1:30am that we would be able to extend now our stay to a Sunday check out which I learned now was clearly a scam as I went down the next morning to the hotel desk they told me there’s nothing in the system and I have a check out today. They ended up calling me back saying now they can get me a room after I already checked out exhausted from playing all nite. The front desk manager on Saturdays is a disgusting racist joke not giving me the time of day to tell her what happened or even investigate. Hotel are total liars and would not trust I will stay with the Borgata!!!! The phone call from Saturday am to room 3514 should’ve been investigated on the spot and I wouldn’t paid whatever the room rate was just to make my fiance happy but instead just kept telling us we’re sold out which is a complete lie as they do have rooms and didn’t neeed to switch casinos

Came down for engagement weekend came this passed Thursday with the intention to stay until Sunday or Monday…. We tried for two days to get the room extended and last night we got a phone call at 1:30 in the morning after we went to the Lenny Kravitz concert that we got our room extended And to go downstairs in the morning to get new room keys, and we could stay in the same room…. I am now sitting in my car. It’s 255 on Saturday. The front desk lady threw us out of our room and didn’t even do any investigating on who told us that we had the third night comd. We Already had a reservation at the Borgata to stay for tonight and canceled it once they contacted us telling us that we did have a room. It seems that this casino is out of whack….. They say they’re sold out when They’re not and they play games. The front desk agent this morning was completely unhelpful, and I will keep my business at the Borgata. Disgusting scenario. If we didn’t get the phone call, we wouldn’t have went downstairs until 6 o’clock in the morning and gotten normal sleep. Will never stay here again and do not fraudsters.

We went for our anniversary, first time there. The attention to detail in the decor is awesome, the view from our room was amazing, one of the loveliest rooms we've ever stayed in. Celebrated our anniversary evening with dinner at Amada, the tasting menu was a memorable and delicious! Also the Exhale spa is soooo relaxing and gorgeous, book a massage with Marianne or Carmen if you can. If you want to spend more than an hour there before or after your treatment, consider adding a day pass. And don't miss a dip in the Eclipse indoor-outdoor pool (if there aren't kids in your group, check out the adult swim from 8-10 am). Can't wait to go back!!

I had a dream last night that I went to The Ocean Casino and all of the escalators turned into water slides at random, there were no elevators and the stairs looked like an abstract painting that led to dead ends, and you knew you were navigating the stairs in the correct direction if you saw the bouncy castle.
Additionally, our room came with a party for rent. There were 15 people in the room when we arrived and they wanted to follow us around and do what we were doing.
I was also getting progressively drunk overtime despite not actually drinking any alcohol.
This was just a dream and didn't actually happen but I've been here and it's pretty good.
