Our seats were sold to us and two other groups. The escalators and elevators worked going in, but were out of order while exiting. The cokes were so watered down that there was barely no visible color.

Not a bad spot in the venue. Even the GA standing only had great views. They had Cape May Brewery IPA beer for sale.

The seating area was spacious and comfortable. The Hall itself was not easy to find inside the resort and the entrance flow was very confusing as to which line for entrance and ease of finding my seat.

Ovation hall is a great venue place. You really can not have a bad view from any seat. Obviously floor seating close to the stage is top notch. But you can sit anywhere and get a great view and comfortable atmosphere to enjoy whatever show you are there to experience.
