“I can't say enough about Tiffany! I live in Missouri, but mailed a package to a friend in her area. This package went MIA for quite some time and I feared it was lost. Even though it was not the fault of the AC office, Tiffany went above and beyond to help find my friend's birthday gift! (Sitting in KC) . She made phone calls, sent emails and worked hard for us. “I missed the UPS delivery on 9/1/26, whichrequired signature. I took a chance and called my Linwood UPS store to see if the driver would leave it there for me.
Even though I signed electronically for a 9/2 delivery, that same driver came back to my home around 4:30 pm to deliver that small box.
I did not get his name unfortunately but he made my day.
This Linwood store and deliveries to my home are exceptional.

“For the first time, I used this facility and I could not be more pleased. The staff member was extremely professional and friendly.
I arrived at 4:40pm on Thursday afternoon with a package that needed to be in Plantation, Florida by noon the next day (Friday). The staff member said it would be there by 10:30am on Friday and it was there at exactly 10:22am.
The reason I went to this facility was because when I inquired about an overnight mailing with both the USPS and UPS, they would not guarantee it would be there the next day. This FedEx Ship Center guaranteed it, and they delivered!!

“Shawn was Very helpful!! Our mail had gotten put on hold while we were on vacation, when we got back, we couldn’t get the mail that was on hold. He was able to track down our packages and mail, find the mail carrier and get our mail sent to us the next day. A week long process of making phone calls and trying to get this solved was done by this gentleman in 15 minutes and we got mail the next day. The USPS needs more employees like him!!!”
