Juliana was outstanding! She took the time to listen to our needs and did her best to meet them . The store was busy and she was the only sales person in store. Great experience ! We will be back! Juliana was awesome!

This store scams people. I went in there from out of town to buy a pair of sneakers. They don't carry my size so they have to be ordered online. My sneakers never came and Sketchers says they have no record of it. I do have my receipt and I have confirmation on my online account that it was ordered. I sent in this information online and still nothing. I want my money back.
