Clams app was filled with sand and grit. We found glass/plastic in one entree and another one (filet steak) was raw (we asked for medium). So disappointed. After we expressed our displeasure the wait staff pretty much disappeared, which made things worse. We dealt with a woman who I assumed was the manager and we were comped the two bad meals and given free desserts that we did not want to eat and the bill still totaled over $200 plus the tip. They were supposed to 'look into it further' but we have yet to hear back from them. Extremely poor customer service.

My boyfriend and I went to The Palm restaurant to celebrate my birthday month. The hostess at the front desk was very sweet. Christopher, our waiter ,was fantastic. He was chill , polite ,and professional . The food was outstanding ! We order 4 pound lobster , green beans , and jumbo shrimp. For the price and large portion blew me away. The dessert was delicious ( we order chocolate cake and tiramisu cake ) . My boyfriend and I are still thinking about that cake. 5 out 5 stars. We're definitely coming back for date nights .

Main dishes were okay; the A5 wag didn't wow me. The meatball was a giant mess. Oddly, I loved the carpaccio, so cheers to doing that right!

Let me just start off by saying my husband and I love The Palm. For his birthday like 2 years ago i took him to a trip to Atlantic City, we had an amazing trip. We saw The Palm restaurant and I decided that’s where i am taking him to dinner. I made the reservation on opentable on the special request box i asked if they can sing to him i didn’t know it was that fancy lol but the appetizers absolutely delicious especially the fried calamari,the wine so good and the food MELT in your mouth amazing. My husband said he doesn’t know if he can ever look at another steak the same in regular restaurants again lol the mashed potatoes topped it off amazingly. At the very end of dinner i walked to the bathroom to the front desk to ask about the special request i made and the lady instantly knew she said your husband’s birthday right i said yes she said we already let your waiter know she said we don’t sing happy birthday usually because we try not to disturb the other guests having dinner I completely understood. A few moments after returning to the table, the waiter came with a slice of cake with a lit candle and guess what he sang happy birthday with me to my husband not very loud to disturb others but our inside voices lol it was awesome, the smile on my husband’s face was worth it. The atmosphere , the food, the service just everything about this restaurant was PERFECT. We talked about this restaurant and the food saying we definitely have to go back. On a date night out in the big city VIOLA!! We stumbled upon another Palm restaurant and you better believe we definitely ate there we made reservations for our anniversary. They’re amazing there as well the customer service, the waiters, the food just everything there as well was great sometimes different locations aren’t the same but it definitely was and it surely didn’t disappoint. I will do a separate reviews for both locations. If you haven’t ate here definitely visit especially if you’re visiting Atlantic City and want a beautiful date night.

Came here recently Sunday for dinner—had prior reservations so we were seated right away in a nice comfy booth.Food was amazing!! I’ve been to other locations but this one was the best. For starters, the Steakhouse Wedge Salad was excellent—the dressing was a light but sweet vinaigrette of some sort, it was so good. For entrees, both the Kagoshima A5 Wagyu New York Strip ($129) and The Palm Duo (center cut filet and lobster tail $99) were great. The sides, Creamed Spinach and Loaded Baked Potato were good too—and portions are pretty generous.For cocktails, we enjoyed their Palm Star Martini and Hendricks Gin Martini—we got two rounds! And you can use your Caesars comps here, just not for tip.

The food was excellent. The portions were generous. The drinks were very good. The service was better than most. The price was less expensive than other AC steakhouses. I recommend trying out.

The filet was absolutely horrible. I used to come here as a family for 10 years and it has changed so much. The filet is dry and gamey. It isn’t worth almost $60. They don’t try to rectify it either. Added photo for

The cuisine is good for a casino restaurant outside of Vegas. They create a good atmosphere that drowns away the outside walks, and service is also attentive but not Michelin Attentive. I would eat here again.

Very disappointing tonight after a great meal two weeks ago. Exact same items From perfect to mediocre. And in major expensive chains you expect consistency. NY Strip underdone, Mac and cheese watery, cheesecake dry and old tasting. Half and half was good otherwise all else off! Service fair. Slow at times and no announcing of specials. Hosts were nice. JC server nice but when your spending a $100 per person it needs to be more consistent.

We were warmly greeted by Tina and made to feel very welcome. The service was good, but we're spoiled by Michael who wasn't working that night. My husband is crazy for the Wagu lasagna and I'm a big fan of the linguine with white clam sauce. We were not disappointed!! The food was delicious and we enjoyed an amazing meal. We had a nicely priced bottle of Malbec that we thoroughly enjoyed. The Palm is a definite “must” when we go to AC!!

I misremembered my reservation time and showed up 40 minutes late, and the Palm was very kind and accommodating of the situation. My party was seated within 5 minutes of arriving. The food and service were amazing.

We ordered the shrimp appetizer and it was delicious. The Sea Bass Oscar was also very good. Service and atmosphere were great as always. The Wagyu filet was not so good as it was a little salty and chewy.

Never received our bread for 40 minutes, I asked for my filet to be butterflied medium well it was brought out well done & not butterflied, I asked for a whole lobster but I was brought a lobster tail, the crab & shrimp topping for my steak tasted like straight mustard, the macaroni was dry dry dryyyyy & the bacon in it was Canadian bacon more like game .... They did take off a drink for the mishap!
